Shooting Up In The Storrs Street Garage Leads To Maine Warrant: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — David A. Gero, 51, of Concord was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on Oct. 21, 2022, on driving after revocation or suspension and a motor vehicle not equipped with an interlock device charges. He was arrested on North State Street.
Ojeda Benijno, born 1997, of Concord was cited at 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 21 on an operating without a valid license charge on School Street.
Nicholas Rossik, 25, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Oct. 21 on an arrest prior to requisition and a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. Around 3:15 p.m. on April 29, police were sent to the Storrs Street Garage for a report of a man injecting drugs seen on camera in a stairwell. The officer recognized the man to be Rossik “from prior contacts,” but he denied using drugs. When informed he was caught on camera “shooting up,” he told the officer, “it was just water,” an affidavit said. A check on Rossik found an extraditable warrant out of Maine, the warrant was confirmed, and he was arrested. During a search, he was accused of possessing buprenorphine and naloxone film strips in his wallet, the report said. Rossik claimed he had a prescription, but for many weeks, including phone calls by the officer, he failed to produce it to police, the affidavit said, and was charged later.

Nkurikiye Felicien, born 1973, of Concord was cited at 12:17 p.m. on Oct. 21 on a bench warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.
Sean P. Lambert, 30, of Concord received a summons at 4:20 a.m. on Oct. 21 on a bench warrant. He was charged after an incident at Speedway on Hall Street. Lambert failed to appear in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on a felony controlled drug: acts prohibited charge out of Concord. Lambert also has active drug and theft-mislaid property charges in superior court.

Michael T. Sink, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on Oct. 14 on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Dollar General on Fisherville Road.
Peter L. Carter, born 1944, of Concord was cited at 1:42 p.m. on Oct. 14 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident on Thompson Street.
Jackie Marcell Roberts, 22, of Concord was arrested at noon on Oct. 14 on felony possession of a controlled drug after an incident at The Friendly Soup Kitchen on Commercial Street and theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, based on an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
Ryan James Haas, born 1980, of Bow was cited at 8:40 a.m. on Oct. 14 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, and criminal mischief charges after an incident at the Circle T Car Wash in Manchester Street.
Larry W. Regan, 51, of Concord was arrested at 6:10 a.m. on Oct. 14 on a warrant after an incident at Accomplished Auto on Hall Street.
