Man From New York Arrested On Warrants, Habitual Offender Charge: Concord Police Log

Londonderry man charged with DUI; Tilton woman, Hillsboro man face theft charges; Northfield woman arrested on unauthorized vehicle charge.

CONCORD, NH — Melissa R. Gosselin, 40, of Tilton was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on May 13, 2023, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Martin Lubunga, born 2005, of Manchester received a summons at 7:25 p.m. on May 13 on an operating without a valid license charge at Concord Gardens.

Christopher D. Fields, born 1982, of Londonderry was arrested at 4:27 a.m. on May 13 on driving under the influence and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges. He was arrested on Canal Street.

Cassandra L. Wilkinson, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 8:37 p.m. on May 12 on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, vehicular assault, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges as well as traffic control device, stop signs-yield signs, yellow-solid line, failure to drive on the right side of the road, unsafe lane change, and two failure to use required turn signals violations. She was arrested after an incident on Burns Avenue.

Bailey G. Swinton, born 1996, of Belmont was arrested on three bench warrants at 3:58 p.m. on May 12 and a license required penalty after an incident on North Main Street.

Angel M. Smith, 43, of Northfield was arrested at 3:25 p.m. on May 12 on an unauthorized use of a vehicle-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on Jackson Street.

Justin Carl Dennison, 41, of Pearl Street in Schuylerville, New York, was arrested on three electronic bench warrants at 11:40 p.m. on April 17 as well as a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge and a tail lamp and reflectors violation. An officer on Borough Road saw a white Nissan SUV with New York plates with a defective license plate light. The officer pulled the vehicle over and spoke with the driver, Dennison. Dennison, the officer wrote, said the SUV was his mom’s and he could not find the paperwork for the vehicle. When asked for his license, he was accused of admitting he was suspended. A check found Dennison with three electronic bench warrants and he was arrested. The officer wrote in an affidavit that Dennison was deemed a habitual offender after a default hearing in Rochester District Court in November 2022. He was originally suspended after failing to appear in court in August 2021. Dennison was also convicted of negligent driving in March 2021.

Ryan Steven Ehrgott, 39, of Concord was cited at 6:23 p.m. on April 17 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge on Manchester Street.

Kenneth Boland, 54, of Concord was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on April 17 on a warrant and a bench warrant after an incident on South State Street.

Johnathon Joseph Hutchins, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 2:13 p.m. on April 17 on two criminal trespass charges after an incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street.

Sean Cooney, born 1988, of Hillsboro was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on April 17 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Emily Lauria Fay, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 12:57 p.m. on April 17 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Trinity Street.

Nathan Christopher Bell, 30, of Concord was arrested at 12:37 p.m. on April 17 on a warrant and a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident on Prospect Street.
