Pembroke Woman Faces 2 Child Endangerment Charges: Concord Log

CONCORD, NH — Isaac Michael Champagne, born 2000, of Concord, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on June 30, 2019, on an unlawful possession/intoxication charge at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Dylan Patrick Walsh, born 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. on June 29, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge and a bench warrant. He was arrested on Old Turnpike Road.

Andrew Bruce Davis, born 1963, of Penacook, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on June 28, on stalking, breach of bail, criminal threatening, and domestic violence-criminal threatening after an incident in Penacook Square.

Benjamin A. Stockwell, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on June 27, on a warrant in the parking lot of the Best Western on Hall Street.

Rhea H. Lyon, born 1980, of Pembroke, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on June 26, on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child charges at TJ Maxx on Loudon Road.

Christopher G. Campbell, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on June 25, a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge after an incident on School Street.

Kyle D. Wedge, born 1987, of Concord, received a summons at 4:45 p.m. on Feb. 5, on an inhaling toxic vapors for effect charge at the vacant building formerly the Toys R Us on Loudon Road.

Joshua C. Kennard, born 1975, received a summons at 11:33 a.m. on Feb. 5, on an operating without a valid license charge on Washington Street.

Nathaniel Wayne Gibbs, born 1982, of Ossipee, was arrested at 8 a.m. on Feb. 5, and charged with robbery and second-degree assault; strangulation. Also arrested was Elias Ross Young, born 1997, of Ossipee, on a robbery charge as well as a simple assault warrant. They were arrested after an incident on Dunklee Street.
