Pembroke Woman Indicted After Allegedly Stabbing, Threatening Man

Concord indecent exposure convict indicted on switchblade charge, Maine man indicted on threat charges, Epsom man indicted for burglary.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Paula Coleman, 53, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, on three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, two of them felonies. On Sept. 12, 2017, in Hooksett, she allegedly stole items from Bed Bath and Beyond, Kohl’s, and Target.

Geoffrey Davis, 30, of Old Hillsboro Road in Henniker, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl allegedly on June 29, 2017, in Henniker.

Michael Davis, 49, upper left, a homeless man now located in Concord, for felon in possession of a dangerous weapons – a switchblade – allegedly on July 4, 2017, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of indecent exposure and lewdness in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in May 2005.

Nicholas Davis, 38, upper middle, of Cumberland Street in Cornish, ME, for felon in possession – a knife – and two felony counts of criminal threatening. Back on April 23, 2017, in Epsom, he allegedly threatened two people with the knife stating “I’ll kill you all” and “I’ll cut you all; I’ve stabbed people before” or words to that effect. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of receiving stolen property in December 2009, and criminal mischief and second-degree assault in July 2004, in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Linda Depallo, 35, of Walnut Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-Tramadol allegedly on Sept. 1, 2017, in Hooksett.

Eric Huckins, 29, upper right, incarcerated at the time of the incident, for reckless conduct, falsifying physical evidence, and criminal threatening. On Aug. 11, 2017, in Franklin, he allegedly pointed a loaded Ruger firearm at others and placed it on the tire of a parked motor vehicle in order to impaired an investigation.

Renee Drolet, 42, lower left, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, on second-degree assault and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. Back on July 27, 2017, in Pembroke, she allegedly pointed a knife at an intimate partner, threatened to kill him or burn his house down or words to that effect, and then, stabbed him.

William Ellis, 39, of Albin Avenue in Allenstown, for felony forgery for allegedly drawing a check on another on July 17, 2017, in Concord.

Jared Fellows, 31, lower right, of Elkins Road in Epsom, for burglary. On Sept. 6, 2017, he allegedly burglarized a home on Horse Hill Road in Concord. At the time, he was allegedly out on bail from the Cheshire Superior Court.
