Manchester, Concord Men Arrested On Threat Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Carl D. Soderberg, born 1968, of Concord was arrested at 4:58 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2022, on a stalking charge and a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Concord Street.

Kevin M. Seaver, 58, of Concord was arrested at 1:54 a.m. on Feb. 20 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Hall Street.

Kevin D. Harrington, 43, of Concord was arrested at 6 p.m. on Feb. 18 on a warrant after an incident at Shaw’s Supermarket on D’Amante Drive. He was arrested after being accused of drug possession on Dec. 31, 2021, and a court hearing on Feb. 17 in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Christopher Barry Townsend, born 1998, of Weare was arrested at 12:11 a.m. on Feb. 17 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Clinton Street.

Brandon Scott Kozak, born 1985, of Manchester was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Feb. 15 on a criminal threatening charge. He was arrested after an incident on Princeton Street.

Christopher Scott Aquizap, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 11:26 p.m. on Feb. 14 on criminal threatening and simple assault charges after an incident on Iron Works Road.

Jeffrey A. Luckern, 59, of Concord was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Feb. 12 on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road and theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, and breach of bail charges after an incident at TJ Maxx on Loudon Road. He was arrested again at 7:41 p.m. on Feb. 12 on criminal mischief and criminal threatening charges after an incident on Manchester Street.

Kevin Michael Maguire, 53, of Concord was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on Feb. 11 on a felony sex offender registry; negligent failure to comply charge. He was arrested on North State Street. Maguire is a sex offender due to six sexual assault convictions in February 2018, according to the state.

David L. Josselyn, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 8:55 a.m. on Feb. 10 on a bench warrant after an incident at Aspen Dental on Loudon Road.

Meghan L. Tighe, 28, of Bristol was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on Feb. 10 on possession of a controlled drug, driving after revocation or suspension, and operating without a valid license charges after an incident at 102 Manchester St.
