Man Indicted On Nashua Murder Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jeison Tejeda Arias, 21, of Salem Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing Victoria Goldia Cash for Jewelry in Nashua on Dec. 9, 2021.

Marc Bain, 55, of Sheffield Street in Hudson on second-degree assault-domestic violence and six aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping, sexually assaulting, and strangling an intimate partner on Aug. 19 in Nashua. Jeffrey Baker, 33, of Howard Street in Keene on a felony issuing bad checks charge. He was accused of writing a $1,257.91 check from a TD Bank account with insufficient funds on July 1 in Wilton.

Ryan Barden, 31, of Nashua, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony first-degree murder counts as well as tampering with witnesses and informants and theft by unauthorized taking, also felonies. He was accused of killing Jared Daly by striking him in the head, stealing a 2006 Honda CR-V, and attempting to get a woman to withhold testimony on Aug. 9 in Nashua.

Gabrielle Belanger, 22, of no fixed address in Nashua on kidnapping and witness tampering charges. She was accused of kidnapping a 10-year-old and convincing the victim to give Nashua police a false name on Sept. 9. Karen Blaney, 59, of Marie Avenue in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Sept. 22 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in 1999.

Marcel Boutot, 32, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising control over another person’s clothing on Sept. 22 in Nashua after being convicted twice before of theft.

Joshua Brown, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua on four felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges on Oct. 21, Oct. 22, Oct. 26, and Jan. 6 in Nashua.

Richard Canada, 30, of Hildreth Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Sept. 8 in Nashua.

Abigail Corbit, 43, of Oak Street in Weare on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, buprenorphine, and psilocybin, charges, on Aug. 21 in Milford.

Christopher Diamond, 40, of Moose Point Road in Dunbarton on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Sept. 21 in Nashua.

Justin Dutton, 40, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing jewelry from a home in Nashua on May 12.
