Manchester Man Indicted On Nashua Robbery, Evidence, Drug Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Man with priors indicted on drug sale charges; Merrimack, Nashua men indicted on habitual offender charges; Lowell woman faces drug charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Ahmed Abukar, 28, of Beech Street in Manchester, on robbery, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of using physical force to steal an electric scooter and concealed it inside a tent to impair an investigation on Sept. 29, 2024.

James Albert, 41, of Douglas Street in Manchester, on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check to himself for $2,336 drawn on the Primary Bank account of Bedford Design Consultants Inc. and presenting the check to be cashed on Oct. 3, 2024, in Nashua.

Robert Bouchard III, 37, of Rena Drive in Hudson, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a sledgehammer for a deadly weapon on Aug. 23, 2024, in Hudson. Bouchard was previously convicted of felon in possession in August 2022 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Scott Brow, 47, of Beech Street in Nashua, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges. He was accused of selling the drug to an agency of the Nashua Police Department on April 3, April 8, and April 9, 2024. Brow was previously convicted of acts prohibited in November 2019 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Wayne Joseph Cameron, 58, of Palm Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining or excising control over a 2021 Cadillac XT4, owned by someone else, on Sept. 30, 2024, in Hudson.

Michael Patrick McCarthy, 62, of Wilson Hill Road in Merrimack, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Turkey Hill Road in Merrimack on Aug. 4, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in June 2022.

Paige Meara, 29, of Lake Street in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl and clonazepam, on Oct. 4, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2022.

Eric Mitchell, 40, of Twin Meadow Drive in Hudson, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Aug. 6, 2024, in Hudson.

William Newman, 25, of Cox Street in Nashua, on three felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving on Sept. 4, Sept. 11, and Nov. 6, 2024, in Brookline after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in May 2023. At the time of each incident, according to the indictment, Newman was out on bail after being charged with habitual offender.

Katie Orne, 29, of Abbott Street in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl and three possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies, on May 14, June 10, and June 12, 2024, in Nashua.

Christina Oquendo, 33, of Grove Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Oct. 5, 2024, in Nashua.
