Nashua Stalker Accused Of Threatening To Kill Intimate Partner With A Knife: Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Christina Chamberlain, 41, of Dalton Road in Whitefield on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell or dispense and operating after certified as a habitual offender charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and driving in Nashua on Sept. 14, 2023, after the NH DMV deemed her a habitual offender.

John Coakley, 53, of Middlesex Road in Merrimack on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening to “crack” another person’s skull with a baseball bat on Nov. 12, 2023, in Merrimack.

Krystal Lynn Come, 31, of Tolles Street in Nashua on domestic violence and stalking-domestic violence charges, both felonies. She was accused of threatening to kill an intimate partner with a knife on Nov. 9, 2023, in Nashua and violating a stalking order by confronting the victim after already being convicted of stalking in Nashua District Court in May 2023.

Nathan Couture, 38, of West Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony operating after certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on West Hollis Street in Nashua on Oct. 20, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Anthony Daylor, 33, of no fixed address on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin/fentanyl and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person on Oct. 28, 2023, in Nashua. The drug charge was from Oct. 31, 2023, in Nashua.

Robert Dilone-Figueroa, 20, of South Main Street in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking an intimate partner with a coffee cup on Nov. 8, 2023, in Nashua.

Melanie Ann Diperna, 24, of Granite Street in Northfield on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Oct. 23, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted of acts prohibited in March 2023 in Hillsborough County South.

Danielle Evans, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua, on falsifying physical evidence and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl, on Oct. 2, 2023, in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted of acts prohibited in April 2022 in Hillsborough County South.
