Mass. Man Indicted On Riot, Other Charges After Salem Eatery Melee: Superior Court Roundup

Manchester man indicted on fentanyl sale attempt charge; Raymond man indicted on gun threat charge; thieves indicted on more theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Christopher J. Solano, 51, of Al Street in Derry on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl, parafluorofentanyl, and cocaine charges, both felonies, on Oct. 26, 2023, in Epping.

Vanessa Lynn Spear, 33, of Conant Street in Manchester on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on Jan. 14 in Londonderry.

Michael A. Sprinsky, 44, of Arlington Street in Quincy, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing $123.69 worth of groceries from Market Basket in Salem on Nov. 19, 2023. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Edward Reis Stanford, 34, of Locust Street in Woburn, MA, on felony tampering with witnesses and informants, disorderly conduct, and riot charges. He worked in concert with Edward Andrews, Adam Wheaton, and-or Kayla Ferreira-Marujo, engaging in a fight at a Salem restaurant-bar with others and then telling Ferreira-Marujo to “shut the f--- up” and to stop talking to police or words to that effect on Aug. 20, 2023, according to the indictments.

Dominic Anthony Teal, 25, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on attempted sale of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on March 15 in Seabrook.

Rafael Emilio Tejada, 49, of South Street in Tewksbury, MA, on felony possession of cocaine and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as an open container violation in the parking lot of the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on Jan. 11.

James Russell Thomas, 56, with a last known address of Gertrude Avenue in Raymond on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of pointing a loaded gun in the bedroom of a home in Raymond on March 20.

Marion Lee Smith, 48, of Highland Street in Nashua on four theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of stealing liquor from the New Hampshire State Liquor and Wine Outlet Store in Salem on Jan. 10 and Feb. 3, 2021, Dec. 9, 2022, and Sept. 8, 2023. Twice before, Smith has been convicted on theft charges.

Andrew Levi Stanley Jr., 42, of First NH Turnpike in Northwood on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on March 8 in Northwood.

Seth Robert St. Laurent, 34, of Bartlett Avenue in Somersworth on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Newington on Feb. 8. Twice before, St. Laurent was convicted on theft charges.

Rachel Lyn Stansfield, 55, of Lake Street in Haverhill, MA, on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem on Jan. 22. Twice before, Stansfield has been convicted on theft charges.
