- Mark Patrick Flaherty, former Allegheny County controller, of COVID.
- John DeSantis, 69, Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show owner, of cancer.
- William J. Green, 76, notable Pittsburgh political analyst.
- Nancy Bertram Runco, co-owner of Nancy B's cookies.
- Ruth Shuster, 100, beloved Western PA McDonald's worker.
- Gene Clines, 75, a player on the Pirates 1971 World Series championship team.
- Jerry Weber, 73, legendary Pittsburgh record shop owner.
- Kimberly Easton, 56, former WPXI-TV reporter and anchor, of heart failure.
- Alexander Jozsa Bodnar, 79, owner of Jozsa Corner Hungarian Restaurant in Hazelwood, of cancer.
- Richard Cerilli, 68, Pittsburgh Business Times associate editor.
- John Clayton, 67, ESPN legend and Pittsburgh native.
- Jim Ferlo, 70, former Pittsburgh city councilman and Pennsylvania state senator.
- Daniel Tomasovich, 90, the former owner of Dan's Tavern in Lawrenceville.
- Stu Emry, 88, former WTAE-TV and KDKA-TV reporter.
- Lauren Bernett, 20, South Fayette native and James Madison University softball star.
- Fred Manno, North Huntingdon paramedic, of cardiac arrest.
- Jim Sweeney, 60, former University of Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh Steelers player.
- Max Baer, 75, Pennsylvania Supreme Court chief justice.
- Rick Cessar, 93, former Pennsylvania state legislator.
- Peter Diana, 64, former Pittsburgh Post-Gazette photographer.
- Nick Theofilis, 23, Penn Hills paramedic, in an ambulance crash.
