Ashburn Fugitive Wanted On Child Sex Charges Captured In Cambodia
An Ashburn man who fled the country nearly a year ago after being charged with sexually assaulting a juvenile was captured Tuesday in Cambodia, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Samuel D. Lovejoy, 31, was arrested in the wee hours of the morning by the Cambodian General Department of Immigration.
