• The suspect was last seen fleeing from the Valero gas station on foot.

Police Investigate Indecent Exposure Incident at Park Playground

• Police said a man exposed himself to another man and his two young sons and said he was going to harm them.

Victim of Theft Tracks Suspects to Fremont Restaurant

• Police said the victim was able to track a stolen bank card to a restaurant, where the suspects were still present.

Burglary Suspect Fatally Shot by Police Was Not on Drugs or Alcohol

• The San Jose man, 19, died during an altercation with police on July 5, 2015.

Mother of Man Who Died in Jail After Eating Meth During Traffic Stop Sues CHP, Sheriff

• Yolanda Frausto, is seeking unspecified damages for wrongful death, neglect and indifference to her son’s medical needs.

• The Richmond student admitted to having marijuana in his backpack, police said.

Vallejo Man Charged with Murder in Shooting of Council Prez’s Grandson

• Shiheim Johnson allegedly tried to run from police, but he was safely arrested a few blocks away. Officers say he had been carrying a gun.
