Amherst Man Indicted On Hooksett DWI Crash With Injury Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Woman indicted on Texas title fraud case; Northfield man faces 3 protective order indictments; Henniker man indicted on ID fraud charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Michael S. Pavletich, 23, of Edgewood Run in Amherst on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving on Route 3 in Hooksett with a blood alcohol level of more than 0.08 and causing a motor vehicle accident with serious bodily injured on Feb. 1.
Shane T. Pepin, 38, of Megan Drive in Northfield on three felony domestic violence-stalking charges. He was accused of violating a protective order on March 16, April 14, and April 20 in Northfield, by posting messages on Facebook to a protected party. Previously, he was convicted of violation of a protective order in Franklin District Court in October 2022.

Nesley Percy, 36, of Cartier Street in Manchester on a felony title fraud charge. She was accused of presenting a title from Texas for a 2021 BMW X1 where the VIN number and mileage had been altered on Oct. 20, 2021, in Concord.
Frank Pickering, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from the Hannaford supermarket on Fort Eddy Road in Concord on Jan. 29. Previously, he was convicted on theft charges in Concord District Court in April 2015 and October 2015.

Aaron K. Richard, 39, of Western Avenue in Henniker on two felony identity fraud charges. He was accused of defrauding a management company to obtain goods at Rocky’s Ace Hardware in Concord on Sept. 29, and Sept. 30, 2022.
Other Indictments
Ryan Pesce, 30, of Front Street in Pembroke was indicted recently in Grafton County Superior Court on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of riding a 2006 Honda motorcycle in Woodstock on Oct. 11, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in June 2015.
Jesse M. Sampaio, 40, of Daniel Webster Highway in Boscawen was indicted recently in Grafton County Superior Court on motor vehicles; penalties and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl and methamphetamine, charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a 2014 Suzuki motorcycle on Spring Street in Bristol on April 14 after being certified as a habitual offender in December 2003 by the NH DMV. Previously, he was convicted of drug possession in Belknap County Superior Court in May 2021.
Jordan R. Vachon, 30, of Edwards Street in Franklin was indicted recently in Grafton County Superior Court on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing an iPhone from Best Buy in Lebanon on March 28. Twice before, he was convicted on theft or stolen property charges, in October 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court and Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2018.
Nicholas D. Godbout, 35, of Old Turnpike Road in Salisbury was indicted recently in Belknap County Superior Court on a felony unauthorized use of vehicle-$1,501+ charge. He was accused of failing to return a Hyundai Elantra on Feb. 9 in Laconia, breaking the terms of a rental agreement to return the vehicle by Jan. 30.
Cortni Woodard, 33, of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue in Washington, D.C., was indicted recently in Belknap County Superior Court on a felony forgery charge. She was accused of uttering a check for $20,000, purporting to be the act of another between Jan. 10 and Jan. 11 in Laconia.
Jonathan Scribner, 27, of Plains Court in Franklin was indicted recently in Belknap County Superior Court on criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501+ charges, all felonies. He was accused of cutting off a catalytic converter from a Ford F-150 pickup truck in Belmont, owned by Northland Construction, on Jan. 26.
Patrick Connaughton, 57, of Union Avenue in Laconia was indicted recently in Belknap County Superior Court on two felony child sexual abuse image charges. He was accused of possessing and exchanging a video on Jan. 2 in Laconia.
