Bedford Man Indicted On 20 Drug, Gun Possession, Distribution Counts: Court Roundup
Plus: Franklin teen indicted on baby assault charges; Nashua man indicted on Hooksett, Pembroke burglary, theft charges; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Ashley C. Green, 25, of Stevens Street in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge in Hooksett on April 9, 2024.
Meaghan Gregory, 35, of Tunnel Stream Road in Benton, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth-subsequent charge on Feb. 26, 2024, in Hooksett. She was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Grafton County Superior Court in December 2019.

Ryan Holton, 35, of Newton Drive in Nashua, on criminal mischief, receiving stolen property, four burglary, and four theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He burglarized and stole items from Bass Pro Shops on Commerce Way in Hooksett between Sept. 21 and Sept. 22, 2024; burglarized and stole items from Michels Power Inc. in Pembroke on Jan. 12, Jan. 14, and Jan. 16; and damaged a trailer at Michels Power in Pembroke on Jan. 16, according to the indictments.
Ty Kyoo Jin Howard, 20, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester, on possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of buprenorphine with intent to distribute, possession of clonazepam, possession of LSD, possession of amphetamine, possession of oxycodone, possession of buprenorphine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of LSD with intent to distribute, possession of MDMA with intent to distribute, possession of MDMA, two possession of fentanyl, two possession of meth, and two felonious use of a firearm-Smith & Wesson 9 mm handguns, all felonies. The charges stem from an incident in Hooksett on Nov. 12, 2024.

Serene Hull, 39, of Gillis Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 8, 2023, in Hooksett.
Andrea L. Ingemi, 39, of Old Bristol Road in New Hampton, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-meth charge on Nov. 6, 2024, in Franklin.

Amy L. Jensen, 36, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. She was accused of not returning a Ford Econoline to U-Haul on Stickney Avenue in Concord on Oct. 2, 2024, and retaining the vehicle until Oct. 8, 2024, in Bow.
Crystal Rose M. Kately, 19, of South Main Street in Franklin, on two first-degree assault and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. She was accused of bruising a baby’s body, causing a torn frenulum, rib fractures, and perforation below the child’s larynx between Nov. 11 and Dec. 18, 2024, in Franklin.
Robert R. Kelly, 73, of Weare Road in New Boston, on a felony indecent exposure in the presence of a child under 16 charge. On Aug. 5, 2024, in Newbury, at Lake Sunapee State Beach, he purposely fornicated, exposed his genitals, or performed any other act of gross lewdness knowing a child under 16 was present, according to the indictment.
Stephanie M. Kelly, 36, of Pleasant Lane in Manchester, on theft by unauthorized taking-attempt and forgery charges, both felonies. She was accused of completing a bill of sale for a Jeep that was owned by another person in Allenstown on June 28, 2024.
Jonathan A. Kittell, 43, of Bouchard Road in Sheldon, Vermont, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and tramadol mix and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-intent to distribute-fentanyl and tramadol mix charges, both felonies, in Hooksett on Dec. 26, 2019.
Samantha Knight, 36, of Chestnut Street in Manchester, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Quality Drive in Hooksett on May 11, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
