Driver Accused Of Fleeing Crash Scene

State troopers on Tuesday withheld the name of a suspect accused of fleeing the scene of a crash in Nashua.

Around 8:45 a.m. state police were sent to the Everett Turnpike in Nashua for a report of a car crash. Responding officers found a 2013 Honda Civic on a rock embankment near the Exit 2 southbound offramp.

“The initial investigation indicates that the Honda was being operated at a high rate of speed on the Exit 2 northbound offramp from the F.E. Everett Turnpike when it veered off the left side of the roadway, traveled through a section of woods and rolled over,” Dumont said. “The driver left the scene prior to the arrival of state troopers.”

Troopers were able to track down the driver to Hudson and found they sustained injuries consistent with the crash. The driver was then taken to the hospital.

Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or who may have additional information is asked to contact Trooper Brian Knell at 603-451-9777 or Brian.D.Knell@dos.nh.gov.
