Concord Man Indicted On 3 Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Superior Court Roundup

New Hampton woman indicted on drug sale charges; Claremont felon faces weapon charge; Chester man indicted on I-89 wrong-way crash charge.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Anna Barbara Hantz Marconi, 68, of Parkman Brook Lane in Stratham, on felony attempt to commit improper influence, felony criminal solicitation-improper influence, official oppression, criminal solicitation-official oppression, obstructing government administration, and two official oppression-misuse of position charges. Between April 19 and June 6, she was accused of influencing and attempting to influence Gov. Chris Sununu to interfere in an investigation of her husband, Geno Marconi, while being a sitting judge.

Jonathan P. Harrison, 32, with a last known address of Crestwood Drive in Concord, on three felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing photos of a boy being raped by a man between Oct. 13 and Dec. 31, 2023, in Concord. Paul J. Hudson, 44, of Elkins Street in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on July 30 in Franklin.

Andrea L. Ingemi, 39, of Old Bristol Road in New Hampton, on possession of fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix, possession of meth, possession of fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix with intent to distribute, possession of meth with intent to distribute, and conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl charges, all felonies. She worked with Eric Benoit and Patrick Jones after Benoit attempted to drive Jones and Ingemi to New Hampton with around 30 grams of meth, 14 grams of cocaine, and 4 grams of fentanyl on May 9 in Henniker, according to the indictments.

Zaheer Kalvert, 42, of Hartford Road in Westford, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on June 29 in Bow.

Madilyn LaRoche, 26, of Mammoth Road in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on May 10 in Henniker.

Eric D. Lassonde, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 14 in Concord.

Elionel M. Llorens, 40, of Dix Street in Manchester, on a felony possession of narcotic drug-cocaine charge on Dec. 20, 2023, in Hooksett.

Christian D. Monsini, 24, of Evelyn Noyes Lane in Chester, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving north in the southbound lane of Interstate 89 in Concord on June 1 in Concord.

Paul R. Morelly, 60, of Heritage Drive in Claremont, on a felon in possession of a deadly weapon-a billy club on June 11 in Newbury. He is a felon due to an arson conviction in Sullivan County Superior Court in December 1999.

Vincent A. Mott, 33, of North Main Street in Concord, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on July 19 in Concord.
