Concord Felon Arrested On Another Theft Charge: Police Log
Pembroke teen charged with second-degree assault; man, with priors, accused of clawing victim's face; mischief and warrant arrests; more.

CONCORD, NH — Edward K. Bempah, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 4 p.m. on Jan. 24, 2021, on a fugitive from justice charge. He was arrested at the Conchord Homeless Outreach Center and Shelter on North Main Street.
Richard Frances Kuchinsky, 51, of Concord was arrested on a felony theft charge, due to two prior convictions, at 7:15 a.m. on Jan. 22. He was charged after an incident at Lowe's on Fort Eddy Road. Kuchinsky was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on Jan. 25. According to court records, he has many other arrests and convictions.
Savannah Alison Reed Gauthier, born 2000, of Manchester received a summons at 9 p.m. on Jan. 19 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge. She was arrested after an incident on Ormond Street.

Jesse L. Cleasby, 35, of Penacook was arrested at 9:47 a.m. on Jan. 18 on criminal mischief and breach of bail charges after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Devonta Maughn, born 2002, of Pembroke was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on Jan. 14 on second-degree assault and simple assault charges after an incident at Concord High School on Warren Street.
Zachary S. Lucas, 30, of East Wakefield was arrested at 4:07 p.m. on Jan. 12 on a warrant after an incident at 106 Loudon Road. According to court records, he has an active drug possession and transport case out of Franklin from April 2020 and another case from Hooksett from January.
Isaac Khalil Lafayette, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on Jan. 11 on a warrant after an incident at the First Congregational Church on North Main Street.
Brandon Ray Asbury, born 1995, of Tilton was arrested on bench warrants at 3:15 a.m. on Jan. 11 after an incident at Dunkin' Donuts on South Main Street near the city line with Bow.
Molly Jean Gregg, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on Jan. 2 on criminal mischief and unlawful possession-intoxication charges. Vincent P. Perry, born 2000, of Concord was cited on a prohibited sales of alcohol charge. They were charged after an incident on Summer Street.
Christopher S. Regan, 28, a homeless person now located in Concord was arrested at 10:03 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2020, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. Officers were sent to Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive for a report of a 911 hang-up call. The caller reported there was a fight going on and then, hung up the phone, according to an affidavit. At the apartment, officers reported hearing "a verbal argument" coming from inside. They knocked on the door and a man answered. Officers "observed" small, fresh cuts on the man's face, the affidavit said. The victim accused Regan of assaulting him — using "a broken piece of glass to cut his face," the report stated. Later, Regan was accused of clawing at the victim's face, the affidavit said. The officers spoke with Regan, who "appeared sweaty, implying a struggle occurred prior to our arrival," who said there was an argument. When asked for more details, he refused to talk about it, the affidavit said, and was arrested and held without bail.
