Concord, Franklin Residents Indicted On Fentanyl Distribution Charges

Canterbury man, with priors, faces more theft charges; Pembroke habitual offender indicted; Queen City residents indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Osbaldo Lopez-Andres, 26, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assault by prisoner charge. He was accused of assaulting another person inside the New Hampshire Correctional Facility for Men on April 16.

Steven Maxfield, 27, of Eastern Avenue in Concord on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl possession and intent to distribute, charges in Concord on April 14.

Ashley L. McDonald, 30, of Oak Street in Franklin on possession with intent to distribute-subsequent offense, a fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix, as well as three controlled drug act; acts prohibited, buprenorphine, fentanyl and tramadol mix, and fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix, charges, all felonies, on April 18 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 2017.

Jayson Miller, 31, of Intervale Road in Canterbury on theft by deception and theft by misapplication of property charges, both felonies. He was accused of taking $5,400 from a customer on Jan. 18 in New London to install a fence and failed to do so or return the money.

Rachael Mount, 45, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on a felony methamphetamine possession charge on March 4 in Bow.

Kelly J. O’Connor, 32, of Lookout Circle in Penacook on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix, charge on April 17 in Concord.

Sheldon J. Panisiak, 37, of Brickett Road in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on March 26 in Concord.

Ryan Pesce, 29, of Front Street in Pembroke on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on May 17 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
