Concord Man Arrested On Deadly Weapon, Assault Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Courtney Lee Rogers, 38, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2024, on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Golden Nozzle Car Wash at 165 Loudon Road.

Shawn Ward Jordan, born 1997, of Concord, was arrested at 10:56 a.m. on Nov. 2 on three simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at Neuro International at 52 Loop Road.

Laura L. Joseph, born 1960, of Concord, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on Oct. 31 on two disorderly conduct charges after an incident or investigation on Fisherville Road.

James Tyree, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. on Oct. 30 on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, criminal mischief, license required; penalty, two simple assault, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Celtic Street.

Kenneth John Lewis, 30, of Pembroke, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on Oct. 30 on driving under the influence-second offense, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, felony falsifying physical evidence, and two felony possession of controlled drug charges, as well as a yellow-solid line violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 61 S. Main St.

Chad M. Turck, born 1986, of Barnstead, was arrested on a bench warrant as well as felony possession of a controlled drug, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as a suspension of vehicle registration at 7:45 p.m. on Oct. 24 after an incident or investigation at the Walmart access road.

Amanda J. Bailey-Roberge, 38, of Concord, received a summons at 5:02 p.m. on Oct. 20 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Evan T. Leary, 35, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 10:21 a.m. on Oct. 20 after an incident or investigation at Portland Glass at 191 Loudon Road. He failed to appear at the arraignment of a burglary charge in Manchester from October 2023 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on Oct. 1. Leary also failed to appear at a dispositional conference and arraignment on Nov. 6 connected drug possession, contempt, falsifying physical evidence, and resisting arrest charges in Manchester from July.

Ramadhani Idrisa Kiki, born 1986, of Concord, received a summons at 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 20 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at People Ready at 122 Loudon Road.

Vanessa Ann Gangel, 38, of Concord, received a summons on a bench warrant at 10:22 p.m. on Oct. 18 after an incident or investigation at the McKenna House at 100 S. Fruit St. About 11 minutes later, she was cited again for simple assault after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Robert A. Dion, born 1968, of Concord, received a summons at 4:43 p.m. on Oct. 7 on a license required violation after an incident or investigation on Centre Street.
