Concord Man, With Priors, Arrested On Threat Charges: Police Log
Plus: Pair arrested on resale distribution charges; thief arrested on new theft, drug charges; teen faces alcohol, resisting charges.

CONCORD, NH — Wu Naxin, 25, of 47th Street in Brooklyn, New York, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on March 5, 2024, on a felony theft by deception-resale distribution charge. Also arrested was Mengying Jiang, 33, of Harbor Avenue in Nashua on organized retail crime enterprise and theft by deception-resale distribution charges, both felonies. They were arrested after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
Kawtar Elboudali, 19, of Perley Street in Concord was arrested at 5 a.m. on March 4 on unlawful possession-intoxication and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street.
Kera M. Mattocks, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 5:04 p.m. on March 1 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation at Goodwill on 204 Loudon Road.

Kenneth John Lewis, 29, of Pembroke was arrested at 7:43 p.m. on Feb. 28 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Capital City Tae Kwon Do at 78 Fisherville Road.
Jackie M. Roberts, 23, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:44 a.m. on Feb. 27 on four theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies, due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St., Northeast Electrical Distributors at 22 Bridge St., and Hannaford at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Travis M. Pelletier, 22, of Loudon was arrested at 9:51 a.m. on Feb. 26 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Sheep Davis Road.
Ashton Everett Garland, 22, of Concord was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Feb. 24 on two criminal threateningcharges. He was arrested at police headquarters.
William Alfred Flanders, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 7:57 p.m. on Feb. 22 on criminal mischief and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident or investigation on Oriole Road.
Jordan G. Patterson, 37, of Manchester received a summons at 3:54 a.m. on Feb. 20 on a loitering or prowling charge after an incident or investigation on Matthew Street.
Linda Pham, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on Feb. 19 on eight theft by deception-less than $1,000 charges after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.
Joseph R. Clough, born 1997, of Franklin was cited at 11:53 p.m. on Feb. 17 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Wow Billiards at 2 N. Main St.
Jacqueline Ryan Arsenault, born 1998, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 1:57 a.m. on Feb. 17 as well as a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident or investigation on South State Street.
Tamara Ann Ipock, 41, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on Feb. 14 on a felony possession of a controlled drug and theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at TJ Maxx at 12 Loudon Road.
