Concord Woman Arrested Twice In 12 Hours On Breach, Other Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Bonnie E. Cote, born 1959, of Concord was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on July 26, 2023, on willful concealment and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Cote was arrested at 9:49 p.m. on July 26 on breach of bail and two criminal trespass charges after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Jennifer L. Lane, born 1983, of Loudon was arrested at 5:08 p.m. on July 26 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges, both felonies. Dezirae E. Decato, 33, of Concord was cited at 12:32 p.m. on July 26 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Michelle Lynn Seagroves, born 1967, of Concord was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on July 26 on a simple assault charge after an incident on Hall Street.

Robert W. Fiske, born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 10:28 a.m. on July 26 on two simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on South Main Street.

Brycen Robert Horne, 25, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 2 a.m. on July 26 as well as a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on High Street in Penacook.

Ramadhani Idrisa Kiki, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 10:29 p.m. on July 11 on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Loudon Road.

Keith P. Butzien, 37, of Concord was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on July 11 on three simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Loudon Road.

Norma J. Liesner, 59, of Belmont was cited at 11 a.m. on July 11 on an unofficial inspection-registration decal violation after an incident on Hoit Road.

Gregory Alan Macey, born 1965, of Concord was arrested at 10:57 p.m. on July 10 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Charles Street.

Garrett Testino, born 1996, of Weare was cited at 6:48 p.m. on July 10 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at police headquarters.

Zachary J. Albert, 41, of Laconia was arrested on a warrant at 10:15 a.m. on July 10 after an incident at the South End Laundromat on Downing Street.

Trinity Rain Fanny-Coates, born 2001, of Concord was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on July 10 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges. She was arrested after an incident on Fisherville Road.
