Woman Accused Of Stealing Fingertip Vibrator At Walmart: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Christopher M. Blodgett, 47, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:22 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2021, on a theft of services charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident at The Red Blazer on Manchester Street. Blodgett was released on $500 cash bail after being arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on Dec. 6. He has several open cases.

Victoria C. Cloud, born 1983, of Manchester was cited at 12:01 p.m. on Dec. 4 on two bench warrants after an incident on South State Street.

John T. Cadiero, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 11:08 p.m. on Dec. 2 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges. He was arrested after an incident on Interstate 393.

John Shampney, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 8:43 a.m. on Dec. 1 on a warrant and two bench warrants. He was arrested after an incident at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Manchester Street. Shampney failed to appear at a status conference in Hillsborough County Superior Court North on drug possession and premises kept charges out of Manchester from January. He is due back in court on Jan. 20, 2022. Shampney has a number of open cases in superior courts.

Diane M. Bell, 37, of Loudon Road in Pittsfield, was arrested at 5:21 p.m. on Nov. 29 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, and driving after revocation or suspension charges. An officer was sent to Walmart on Loudon Road on a theft call at 6:36 p.m. on Nov. 11. A loss prevention employee and an asset protection associate accused a woman, later identified as Bell, of stealing a scarf, a Trojan fingertip vibrator, and other items by not scanning them through the self-service checkout aisle. The employees approached her outside and asked her to come back into the store, an affidavit stated. Bell, however, declined. “(Bell) lifted her purse and stated the vibrator was all she missed scanning,” the report said. “(The employee) stated Diane then walked off the sidewalk and got into a vehicle.” A third employee identified Bell by name due to having her information after helping her in the electronics department earlier in her visit to the state, the affdiavit stated. The value of the stolen items was $41.01. A warrant was issued on Nov. 22. Bell, according to the superior court, has an active drug possession charge out of Salem.

Brandon Andrew Prive, born 1985, of Boscawen was arrested at 2:41 p.m. on Nov. 27 on a bench warrant after an incident on River Road.

Nicole Shelby Lillis, born 2000, of Newport was arrested at 1:27 a.m. on Nov. 25 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on North Main Street.

Colleen Audet, born 1972, of Loudon was cited at 6:23 p.m. on Nov. 23 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

William Slocum, 35, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Nov. 19 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, criminal trespass, and operating with an expired license charge after an incident on South Main Street. He failed to appear in superior court at the arraignment of a drug possession case out of Hooksett on Oct. 21.

Fred D. Emerson Jr., 37, of Penacook, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 18 on felony drug possession and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges after an incident at Granite State College on Hall Street. He failed to appear at arraignment on Dec. 9.

Mark E. Kibbee, 48, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 4:29 p.m. on Nov. 17 on criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and breach of bail charges. Police were sent to the walk-in clinic on Commercial Street around 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 12 after a woman accused Kibbee of assaulting her inside a homeless tent. The woman accused him of hitting her in the head and she saw stars. She also accused Kibbee of saying something to the effect of, “I could make you disappear and nobody would ever find you or miss you,” the report said. The officer reported the woman had two black eyes, her nose was swollen, and there was also dried blood on it, too. A second woman, who heard the incident because it woke her up while she was in a different tent, submitted a statement to police. She said she “recognized Mark’s voice” and assisted the woman after the assault, the report said. The officer was unable to reach Kibbee, according to the affidavit. A warrant was issued for his arrest on Nov. 12. Kibbee is a felon due to a burglary guilty plea in June 1993. He has also been convicted of felon in possession of a weapon and probation violations.

Timothy K. Stumpf, born 1986, of Gilmanton Ironworks was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on Nov. 15 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on Regional Drive.
