Woman Arrested Twice In 5 Hours After Incidents At Local Hotel: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Debbie Jo Bourbeau, born 1975, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on Sept. 29, 2024, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 117 Loudon Road.

Blake C. Erickson, 45, of Concord, received a summons at 5:59 p.m. on Sept. 29 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at CVS at 4 Hall St.

Matthew Sticklen, born 1980, of Concord, received a summons on a bench warrant at 1:20 p.m. on Sept. 29 after an incident or investigation on Bridge Street.

Vincent Allen Mott, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on Sept. 29 on a bench warrant. Thirty-one minutes later, he was charged with sale of a controlled drug and possession of a controlled drug charges, both felonies. All three charges were connected to an incident or investigation at Quick Stop at 201 S. Main St.

Cory A. Dupont, born 1989, of Milford, received a summons at 10 a.m. on Sept. 29 on a conduct after an accident charge and a fail-yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk violation after an incident or investigation at Speedway at 15 Hall St.

Douglas M. Smith Jr. was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on Sept. 11 on witness tampering, hindering apprehension-prosecution, and false report of a motor vehicle accident charges after an incident or investigation at 11 Canal St. in Penacook.

Brenden Edward Shea Witham was arrested at 6:27 p.m. on Sept. 10 on criminal mischief and disorderly conduct charges as well as an unlawful passing on the right violation after an incident or investigation at 40 Pleasant St.

Julia Catherine Fabyan was arrested at 6:31 a.m. on Sept. 9 on a resisting arrest or detention charge. She was arrested again at 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 9 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, false imprisonment, and domestic violence-false imprisonment charges. Both arrests were connected to incidents or investigations at the Best Western at 97 Hall St.

Valerie E. Fredette, 40, was arrested at 10 a.m. on Sept. 7 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, two credit card fraud-less than $1,000, and two receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges after an incident or investigation at Domino’s Pizza at 202 N. Main St. She has active burglary, assault, drug possession, resisting, trespass, theft, and acts prohibited charges working their way through superior court.

Joshua R. Burney, 35, was cited at 2:15 a.m. on Sept. 6 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Rosemary’s Way at 95 Village St. in Penacook. He has active indecent exposure, act prohibited, and drug possession charges working their way through superior court. Burney has a competency hearing scheduled for Oct. 10.

Ran Karal was arrested at 7:16 p.m. on Sept. 5 on aggravated driving under the influence-0.16-plus and DUI charges as well as a yellow-solid line violation after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Amanda Russo, 36, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on Sept. 3 on driving after revocation or suspension, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, and motor vehicle not equipped with alcohol interlock device charges as well as an unofficial inspection-registration sticker violation after an incident or investigation at 71 Hall St.
