Concord Man Arrested Twice In 11 Hours, Faces Several Charges: Cop Log

Felon with priors faces stalking, drug charges; mischief on Manchester Street; Worcester man charged violating protective order, stalking.

Tavion Shavail Thomas, 25, of Manchester received a summons at 8:08 p.m. on Sept. 22 on an operating without a valid license charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on North State Street. Thomas’ case was boundover from district court to superior court on Sept. 12. He was issued $500 cash bail. Christopher S. Regan, 32, of Concord was arrested at 8:08 p.m. on Sept. 21 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, two criminal trespass, and two loitering or prowling charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 22 Chase St.

Tracy Marie Hebert, 48, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on Sept. 19 on deal-possess prescription drugs, resisting arrest or detention, and three felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges as well as riding on bicycles violation. She was arrested after an incident on South Main Street.

Victor Gareth Manns, 24, of Concord received a summons at 1:15 p.m. on Aug. 16 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at the Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.

Brittany Silva Utor, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 12:25 a.m. on Aug. 15 on a criminal mischief after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Eric D. Lassonde, 32, of Concord was arrested at 9:06 a.m. on Aug. 14 on felony possession of a controlled drug and stalking charges. He was accused of stalking at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St. The drug charge was from an alleged incident at Dunkin’ Donuts at 121 S. Main St. Lassonde was charged and held on $5,000 cash bail. He is due back in court on Nov. 21. Lassonde pleaded guilty on Aug. 6 to felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and received a three-and-a-half to seven-year sentence, all suspended for 10 years.

Robert R. Nay, born 1995, of Worcester, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:52 a.m. on Aug. 13 on violation of a protective order and stalking charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 80 Storrs St.

Ronald F. Delgaudio, 53, of Concord was arrested at 5:57 p.m. on Aug. 12 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at Petco at 35 Fort Eddy Road.

Jassen D. Franziez, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 5:32 a.m. on Aug. 11 on criminal mischief and resisting arrest or detention charges. Also charged was Joseph Thomas Bowie, born 1982, of Concord was arrested on two warrants. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Thorndike Street.

Jeremy M. Roberts, 47, of Middlebury Street in Concord was arrested at 1:24 a.m. on Aug. 10 on two domestic violence-simple assault, two simple assault, domestic violence-false imprisonment, false imprisonment, and criminal threatening charges. He was arrested again at 12:42 p.m. on Aug. 10 on a stalking charge. Both arrests occurred after an incident or investigation on Middlebury Street.

Michelle Habeeb, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 11:48 a.m. on Aug. 9 on a bench warrant at police headquarters.
