Rochester Man Faces Indecent Exposure-Lewdness Charge: Concord Cop Log
Plus: Men from Concord, Pittsfield arrested on DUI charges; Boscawen woman faces domestic assault charges; Loudon man accused of prowling.

CONCORD, NH — Lucas A. King, 42, of Tilton received a summons on a bench warrant at 12:27 p.m. on Aug. 29 after an incident or investigation at Merrimack County Superior Court at 5 Court St.
James M. Harrison, born 1985, of Rochester received a summons at 5:05 a.m. on Aug. 22 on a public urination or defection charge after an incident or investigation on Storrs Street. At 1:50 p.m., he was arrested on an indecent exposure or lewdness charge after an incident or investigation at the Granite Group at 6 Storrs Street.
Jonathan Ruharuka, 22, of Concord was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on Aug. 21 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road. Ruharuka’s burglary, DWI, and conduct after an accident case from January 2022 has been reopened after he was given a two- to four-year sentence, suspended for five years, and two 12-month sentences with 245 days of time served, and $1,200 in fines. The burglary charge was dropped. Ruharuka was accused of violating his parole and probation in September 2023 and the case has been dragging on for more than a year — including multiple requests for Swahili interpreters and motions to continue. Charlize Roseberry, 21, of Concord was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Aug. 20 on three bench warrants after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St. She has an active drug possession, obstruction, and driving after revocation or suspension case from April out of Hudson.
Adam Joseph Dolloff, 33, of Concord was arrested at 3:18 a.m. on Aug. 19 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at TD Bank NH at 143 N. Main St. He has an active drug possession charge out of Concord from April 22.

Jared Lacroix, born 1993, of Pittsfield was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on Aug. 18 on a driving under the influence charge as well as lane control and driving on a sidewalk violations after an incident or investigation at Domino’s Pizza at 202 N. Main St.
Danielle Fortin, 33, of Concord received a summons at 2:04 p.m. on Aug. 17 on an endangering the welfare of a child charge after an incident or investigation in the North End/Washington Street area of the city.
Shaun Danny McCall, born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 11:36 a.m. on Aug. 16 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet at 80 Storrs St.
Amanda N. Turner, 36, of Center Barnstead was arrested at 9:07 p.m. on Aug. 14 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.
Kathy Mae Potter, 63, of Boscawen was arrested at 4:38 p.m. on Aug. 6 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident or investigation at The Post at 125 Fisherville Road.
William P. Moran, born 1974, of Concord was arrested at 5:41 p.m. on Aug. 4 on a driving under the influence charge as well as a traffic control device violation after an incident or investigation on Fort Eddy Road.
Benjamin C. Gaudreau, 34, of Concord was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on Aug. 3 on a driving under the influence charge and an unregistered vehicle violation after an incident or investigation at the Shell at 24 Loudon Road.
Eric D. Lassonde, 32, of Concord was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on July 31 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Storrs Street. He pleaded guilty on Aug. 6 to felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and received a three-and-a-half to seven-year sentence, all suspended for 10 years. Lassonde also has an active felony drug possession charge out of Concord from Aug. 14. He was charged on Aug. 21 and held on $5,000 cash bail. He is due back in court on Nov. 21.
Clifford Frank Atwater, born 1958, of Loudon was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on July 30 on simple assault, loitering or prowling, and violation of privacy charges after an incident or investigation at Hannaford supermarket at 73 Fort Eddy Road.
Timothy C. Casey, 22, of Concord received a summons at 11:29 a.m. on July 30 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.
