Investigator Indicted On Strangulation Charges: Court
Dover woman indicted on burglary, hiding drugs in bra charges; woman faces forgery charge; Loudon man indicted on theft conspiracy charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Daniel Higgins, 33, of Rainbow Drive in Loudon on conspiracy: receiving stolen property-$1,500+ and conspiracy: theft by deception-$1,500+ charges, both felonies. He was accused of agreeing with Harry Place to sell a stolen 2008 Suzuki ATV on Feb. 16 in Boscawen, according to the indictment.
Paul J. Hudson, 43, of Orchard Street in Franklin on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Feb. 14 in Franklin.

Johnathon Hutchins, 32, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony acts prohibited-possession of a narcotic drug-buprenorphine on March 12 on South Main Street in Concord.
Allison N. Jivery, 23, of Dover Point Road in Dover on burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, possession of fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. She was accused of burglarizing a garage on Pleasant Street in Concord and stealing a Kia on Jan. 4. Jivery was also accused of possessing the drug and hiding a baggie in her bra to impair an investigation on Feb. 16 in Concord.

Matthew L. Jordan, 39, of Granite Street in Nashua on motor vehicles; penalties and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, buprenorphine and fentanyl, charges, all felonies, in Hooksett on July 2, 2022.
Clifton D. Joyner, 34, of North State Street in Concord on two controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl-intent to sell and meth, charges, both felonies, on March 14, 2022, in Hooksett. At the time of the offense, Joyner had previously been convicted of an offense.
Nathaniel W. Liberty, 37, of Adonis Court in Concord on a second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a girl on Jan. 1 in Concord. Read more about this case here: Concord Man Arrested On Strangulation, Child Endangerment Charges
Alacia R. Linville, 38, of Ernest Avenue in Exeter on a felony forgery charge. She was accused of uttering a check from the account of Andrade Management Group on Feb. 1 in Hooksett.
Logan S. Locke, 26, of Circle Drive in Franklin on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of possessing fentanyl in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on March 3.
William R. Loughlin, 58, of Spring Street in Bristol on two felony possession of meth charges on Aug. 13, and Nov. 28, 2022, in Franklin.
Andrew J. Ludwig, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a possession of meth charge in Concord on March 9.
Tyler Lundstrom, 29, of Franklin Street in Franklin on two felony operating while certified a habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving in the parking lot of Walmart in Hooksett on March 16 and on Stumpfield Road in Hopkinton on April 18 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
