Greenville Man Indicted On Fatal Fentanyl Sale Charge In Milford: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Nashua man indicted on strangulation, witness charges; stalkers indicted on stalking charges; Merrimack habitual offender indictment.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Sean Kearney, 47, of Briarwood Drive in Danvers, Massachusetts, on attempted theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check drawn on the account of Tri-State Curb Inc. for $3,744 and trying to cash it at Merrimack County Savings Bank in Nashua on Aug. 10, 2022.
David Lafond, 43, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on Jan. 17, 2022, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in September 2018.

Ashley Lavoie, 28, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing an electric bicycle from another person’s home in Nashua on Oct. 26, 2022.
Amy Lemieux, 34, of Amherst Street in Manchester on three controlled drug act; acts prohibited, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and buprenorphine charges, all felonies, on Oct. 18, 2022, in Nashua.

Mathews Leon, 32, of New Haven Drive in Nashua on three second-degree assault-domestic violence and two tampering of witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner multiple times on Nov. 8, 2022, in Nashua and accused of communicating with her requesting she contact his attorney and tell him the charges were false on Nov. 27, 2022, in Nashua.
Amanda Lewis, 36, of Union Road in Belmont on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Feb. 16, 2022, in Hollis.
Christopher MacDonald, 42, of Salem Road in Haverhill, MA, on a felony stalking-subsequent offense charge. He was accused of violating a protective order by visiting an address on Concord Street in Nashua on Nov. 3, 2022. MacDonald was convicted previously in January 2020 in Derry District Court.
William Mackey, 42, of Broad Street in Nashua on a felony stalking-domestic violence charge. He was accused of violating a protective order by appearing at her home on Chandler Street in Nashua on Nov. 14, 2022. Mackey was convicted on a stalking charge in Nashua District Court in July 2022.
Mark McCreery, 42, of Main Street in Greenville on a death resulting from dispensing controlled drug and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited- fentanyl charges. He was accused of selling fentanyl to Cassandra Jarest, a 30-year-old woman from Wilton, which killed her during a drug overdose on Aug. 22, 2022, in Milford.
King Mercedes, 26, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, marijuana with intent to distribute and psilocin and psilocybin with intent to distribute charges in Nashua. Previously, Mercedes was convicted of acts prohibited in Nashua District Court in May 2017.
