Penacook Man Indicted On 3 Strangulation Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Henniker men indicted on gun threat charges; woman indicted on drug, gun charges; Chichester man indicted on DWI charges after crash.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Jason Dale, 48, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony assaults by prisoners charges. On June 10, he struck a person in the head, kicked them in the leg, and kicked them person in the leg, which led both men to fall to the floor and caused tibial fractures to the victim, according to the indictments.
Natausha Deroche, 30, of Cedar Street in Manchester, on receiving stolen property-firearm-a Hi-Point C9 9 mm handgun and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, in Northfield on Dec. 29, 2023.

Hunter Drew, 23, of Village Street in Penacook, on three felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling a woman three times on Sept. 1 in Concord. Read more about this case here: Penacook Man Arrested On Domestic Violence, Strangulation Charges
Timothy E. Dulac, 52, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Mammoth Road in Hooksett on May 29 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Benjamin T. Dumont, 24, of Rush Road in Henniker, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of displaying a gun in the waistband of his pants during an argument with another person in Henniker on Aug. 1.
Eric English, 32, of Toneys Mobile Home Park in Littleton, on two felony possession of crack cocaine charges in Bow on April 18. Previously, he was convicted in Grafton County Superior Court in April 2016 on a drug possession charge.
Edward I. Esty Jr., 29, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on criminal solicitation to commit delivery of articles to prisoners and conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners charges, both felonies. He worked with Shannon Lennox to smuggle meth into the state prison for men on Nov. 29, 2023, according to the indictments.
John S. French, 52, of French Road in Henniker, on criminal threatening, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, criminal threatening-domestic violence, and reckless conduct-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at a family or household member in Henniker on Aug. 16.
Nathaniel Griffin, 25, a homeless man now located in Concord, on possession of fentanyl and possession of meth charges, both felonies, in Concord on July 3.
Michael D. Gruette, 47, of Ridge Road in Barnstead, on conspiracy to commit burglary, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking, and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. On Oct. 22, 2023, he worked with Steven Ridgeway to burglarize a North Main Street location and steal a coffee can with money in it after being convicted twice before for theft, according to the indictments.
Brady S. Gut, 32, of Connemara Drive in Chichester, on two felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charges. He was accused of driving on Hooksett Road in Hooksett on July 15 and causing a crash with bodily injury.
