Man Arrested On Franklin Stalking, Witness Tampering Warrant: Concord Police Log

Pair arrested on trespassing charges at The Friendly Kitchen; thief arrested on felony theft charge; Northwood woman faces assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — Timothy Joseph Byron, 34, of Bridle Path in Nashua was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on April 7, 2023, on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge. An officer, conducting a follow-up at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road, received a report from dispatch that there was someone inside a Honda Civic “doing drugs,” an affidavit said. The officer went outside to the parking lot, found the car, and spoke to the driver, Byron. The officer said the driver side of the car window was down and saw a loaded syringe in his hand and one between his legs, an affidavit said. The officer requested the syringe in his hand and that he step out of the vehicle, the report stated. When asked what was in the syringe, the officer accused Byron of saying, “dope.” Byron was then arrested. He was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court and released on bail on April 10.

Megan C. Bready, born 1989, of Northwood was arrested at 9 p.m. on April 4 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident at the Dragon Star on South Main Street.

Cheyanne Tyanna Hasberry, born 2003, of Boston, Massachusetts, received a summons at 10 a.m. on April 1 for unlawful possession-intoxication after an incident on Sullivan Street.

Miles A. Anderson, 33, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 3:50 p.m. on March 23. He was arrested after an incident at the Durgin Block Garage on School Street. Noble Scott Hunt, 34, of Goffstown was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on March 22 on disobeying an officer and driver’s license prohibitions as well as two arrest prior to requisition warrants. Bridget C. Watson, 48, of Henniker was arrested at 6:23 p.m. on March 21 on a warrant after an incident at Rite Aid on Fort Eddy Road.

Wayne Joseph Chagnon, 45, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 10:15 p.m. on March 20 after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street. He was accused of stalking, violation of a protective order, and two felony counts of witness tampering in Franklin earlier in the day. Chagnon has a dispositional conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on June 23.

Loren Leigh Vaughn, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 8:46 a.m. on March 9 on possession of a controlled drug, falsifying physical evidence, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on Thorndike Street.
