Concord Sex Offender Arrested On Registration Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Chelsea Paige Bowen, born 1995, of Portsmouth, was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:32 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2019, after an incident on I-393 West.

Michael S. Wentworth, born 1986, of an unknown address, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Dec. 2 on a warrant after an incident on Storrs Street.

Rory Charlene Labbe, born 1981, of an unknown address, was arrested at 8:07 a.m. on Dec. 1 on a bench warrant at the Mennino Place Apartment Complex on Storrs Street.

Jesse A. Goodsell, born 1987, of Northwood, received a summons at 1:01 p.m. on Nov. 30 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive.

Travis Kenneth Allard, born 1979, of an unknown address, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on Nov. 27 on a criminal trespass charge as well as a bench warrant after an incident on Hall Street.

Harry B. Stockbridge, born 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Nov. 27 on a bench warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Riverbend on Pleasant Street.

Sandra Pearl Bajraktari, born 1999, of Concord, received a summons at 6:20 p.m. on Nov. 23 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Jonathan Russell Devereaux, born 1990, of Pembroke, was arrested at 4:20 a.m. on Nov. 22 on a warrantas well as two possession of controlled drug charges after an incident on Manchester Street.

Henry R. Eaton, born 1969, of Concord, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Nov. 20 on a felony negligent failure to comply; sex offender registry charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Eaton was convicted of felonious sexual assault against a victim under 16 as well as indecent exposure and lewdness in November 2004.
