Concord Teen Arrested On Assault, Domestic Violence, Intoxication Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Sarah L. Salvatore, 41, of Manchester was cited at 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2023, on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Aaron’s on Loudon Road.

Africa Sebasore, born 2004, of Concord was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on Feb. 3 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartment complex.

Galen W. Warman, born 1951, of Concord received a summons at 6:58 p.m. on Feb. 2 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident on Skyline Drive.

Shane Berube, 34, of High Street in Pembroke was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Jan. 31 on receiving stolen property-two prior convictions, two felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and two possession of controlled drug charges, all felonies, after an incident at Marshalls on Storrs Street. He also had an active warrant out of Merrimack County. Berube was also charged with felony drug possession and possession, etc.-residential amount charges after an incident at Harbor Freight on Loudon Road.

Jeffrey Allen Wiren, born 1971, of Concord was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on Jan. 31 on criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and obstruct government administration charges after an incident on Fayette Street.

John T. Cassidy, 53, of Concord was arrested at 4:57 a.m. on Jan. 31 on driving after revocation or suspension and breach of bail charges. Also arrested was Rebecca Louise Morrissette, 27, of Washington was arrested on a warrant. They were arrested after an incident on Manchester Street. Morrissette was wanted for failing to appear at the arraignment of felony drug possession charges out of Hooksett from May 2022.

Julie Anne George, born 1973, of Concord was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on Jan. 29 on a driving while intoxicated charge on North Main Street.

Emily McKenney, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on Jan. 29 on a simple assault charge after an incident on East Side Drive.

Michele A. Kenney, born 1978, of Henniker was cited at midnight on Jan. 29 on driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration charges. She was charged after an incident on Water Street.
