Concord Men, With Several Priors, Picked Up On Loitering, Prowling Charges: Police Log
Plus: Gilford, Manchester, Pembroke men arrested on drug charges; Nashua felon, facing weapon charges, arrested for disorderly conduct.

CONCORD, NH — Christopher S. Regan, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 10:08 p.m. on May 21, 2025, on criminal trespass and loitering and prowling charges after an investigation or incident on Branch Turnpike.
Alexis Marie Rodriguez, 26, of Loudon, was arrested at 8:16 a.m. on May 20 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an investigation or incident at 216 Loudon Road. She has a pending reckless conduct-deadly weapon and driving under the influence charges from August 2024 in Londonderry, working their way through Rockingham County Superior Court. Rodriguez has a dispositional conference hearing on June 10.
Lucas M. Randlett, 31, of Pembroke, was arrested at 10:16 a.m. on May 19 on a possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the Shell gas station at 333 Loudon Road.

Kristy L. Ruff, born in 1987, of Franklin, received a summons at 5:40 p.m. on May 18 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an investigation or incident on East Side Drive.
Richard Charles Murray, born in 1952, of Concord, was cited at 7:10 p.m. on May 17 on a barking dog violation after an investigation or incident on Shaker Road. Murray has been charged several times before in 2015 and 2016.

James H. Webster Jr., 35, of Gilford, was arrested at 11:23 a.m. on May 9 on transport drugs in a motor vehicle and two felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the CVS at 4 Hall St.

Michael Scott Davis, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 3:23 a.m. on May 7 on a warrant after an investigation or incident at the Home Depot at 42 D’Amante Drive. He was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at recovery court on April 14 after pleading guilty to a drug possession charge out of Northfield from April 2024 in which he received a one-to-three-year sentence and $620 fine, all suspended for five years, with five years probation. A bail hearing was held on May 8.
Corey LaPlaca, 43, of Nashua, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge at 9:20 p.m. on May 6. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at the McDonald’s Restaurant at 90 S. Main St. LaPlaca has an active felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and drug possession case working its way through Hillsborough County Superior Court North. He is due back in court for a plea and sentencing hearing on June 3.
Octavio Isiaiah Mercedes, born in 2000, of Franklin, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. on May 6 on robbery-firearm, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and felonious use of a firearm charges, all felonies. He was arrested after an investigation or incident on Fort Eddy Road. Mercedes has a dispositional conference in Merrimack County Superior Court on Aug. 7. Robert John Atwood, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 11 a.m. on May 6 on two criminal trespass and two loitering or prowling charges after an investigation or incident on Heather Lane.
Alan J. North, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on May 2 on two bench warrants after an investigation or incident at Home Depot at 42 D’Amante Drive.
Shawn M. McGrath, 52, of Manchester, was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on May 2 on possession of a controlled drug-sale, etc., methamphetamine and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, both felonies. He was arrested after an investigation or incident at Arnie’s Place at 164 Loudon Road.
