Concord Teen Indicted In Hanover Street Home Invasion Case: Superior Court Roundup

Homeless man indicted in machete attack case; prisoner accused of throwing urine, spitting on NH DOC officers; strangulation indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Benjamin Ayala, 37, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on implements for escape and other contraband and two assaults by prisoners charges, all felonies. While inside the New Hampshire Prison for Men in Concord on March 3, he took possession of a handcuff key, threw urine at a corrections corporal on March 29, and spit on a corrections lieutenant on July 24, according to the indictments.

Amanda Bailey-Roberge, 38, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing groceries from the Hannaford supermarket in Concord on March 14 after being convicted of theft twice before.

Tucker Bean, 31, of Passaconaway Road in Conway on theft by deception, Medicaid fraud-false claims, and Medicaid fraud-false records charges, all felonies. He worked in concert with Felisha Cunningham to defraud Medicaid between April 2, 2023, and Jan. 7, according to the indictments.

Raymond Blodgett, 51, a homeless man now located in Concord, on criminal threatening and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of attacking and threatening a family member with a machete in the Healy Memorial Park homeless encampment on June 8 in Concord. Heaven Boden, 22, of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-carfentanil charge on June 8 in Concord.

Daniel Broussard, 37, of South Street in Concord on two second-degree assault charges. He was accused of strangling another man on May 23 in Concord.

Gerald B. Buckley, 72, of Elm Street in Northfield on three felony duty to report charges. He failed to register a vehicle with the Northfield police on Feb. 21 and Dec. 9, 2023, and May 11, according to the indictments. Buckley is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court in June 1990.

Robert Burgess, 39, of River Road in Franklin on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine and three stalking charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug on March 27 in Franklin. Burgess was also accused of entering a protected party’s building on May 31 and June 1, and sending text messages to the protected party on June 21 in Franklin. He was previously convicted of stalking in Franklin District Court in May.

Luke R. Burgos, 33, of Kearsarge Avenue in Hopkinton on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a current or former intimate partner on June 17 in Hopkinton.

Moses Giffard Carr, 18, of Centre Street in Concord on felony burglary and riot charges. He and others were involved in the home invasion of an apartment on Hanover Street, assaulting residents of the apartment on Nov. 25, 2023, according to the indictments.
