Concord Woman Arrested On Deadly Weapon, Assault Charges: Police Log

Penacook woman faces domestic violence charges; man charged with assault, false imprisonment; Seabrook arrested on DUI charge downtown.

CONCORD, NH — Amy Kathryn Frechette, 37, of Sonoma Lane in Penacook was arrested at 4:40 a.m. on June 10, 2024, on simple assault and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was accused of placing her hand on the throat of an intimate partner on Sonoma Lane in Penacookand at the 7-Eleven on Village Street in Penacook. Frechette pleaded not guilty to the charges on June 11 and was released on personal recognizance, according to court paperwork.

Steven Michael Cloutier, born 1956, of Concord was arrested at 9:23 p.m. on June 9 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, false imprisonment, and domestic violence-false imprisonment charges after an incident or investigation on Russell Street.

Raymond J. Blodgett, 51, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. on June 8 on second-degree assault, domestic violence-second-degree assault, criminal threatening, and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges, all felonies, and a misdemeanor criminal threatening count. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at a homeless camp at Healy Park. Eric I. Anderson, 52 of Concord received a summons at 4:23 p.m. on June 8 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on Penacook Street in Penacook.

Jeffrey Michael Richter, born 1974, of Concord received a summons at 10:07 a.m. on June 8 on a simple assault charge after an incident or investigation at the Penacook Village Apartments on Pinehurst Street.

Jill E. Severance, born 1983, of Concord received a summons at 3:10 a.m. on June 8 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the Holiday Inn at 172 N. Main St.

Brianna M. Tuttle, born 1994, of Franklin received a summons at 1:44 a.m. on June 8 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation on Water Street.

Ryan J. Fogg, 34, of Seabrook was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on June 8 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 67 S. Main St.

Christina Marie Labrie, born 1985, of Concord was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on April 21 on domestic violence-criminal threatening, domestic violence-simple assault, two criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and two simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on East Side Drive.

James Bosco, 46, of Loudon was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on April 21 on an arrest without a warrant, domestic violence, after an incident or investigation at the Kwik Stop Mobil on Loudon Road.

Brent L. Keyser, 38, of Penacook was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on April 21 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and unregistered vehicle and display false inspection sticker violations after an incident or investigation on South Main Street.

Biangwa Kakozi, born 1992, of Concord received a summons at 10:27 a.m. on April 21 on an operating without a valid license charge and an uninspected vehicle violation after an incident or investigation at 260 Loudon Road.
