Loudon Man Indicted In November 2023 Hanover Street Home Invasion Case: Court Roundup
Plus: Homeless woman accused of shooting man with BB gun indicted; Manchester felon indicted in Franklin shooting case; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
David Cameron, 64, of Muchado Hill Road in Alton on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, in Pittsfield on April 23.
Jacob M. Champney, 41, of Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and reckless conduct, both felonies. He was accused of shooting a man in the hip on May 1 in Franklin. Champney is a felon due to a felony willful concealment conviction out of Hooksett in August 2011.

Cory A. Childs, 33, of Mill Village Road in Goshen on possession of meth, possession of fentanyl, and possession of cocaine charges, all felonies, on April 2 in Newbury.
Darren Coan, 56, of South State Street in Concord on possession of fentanyl and possession of crack cocaine, both felonies, in Bow on Dec. 12, 2023.

Joshua Colby, 27, a homeless man now located in Concord, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl from April 22 in Concord and felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth from May 7 in Concord.
Hayden Consoletti, 21, of Crab Apple Way in Loudon on accomplice to burglary and riot charges. He aided or attempted to aid Habakku Tarwo and others in committing a home invasion on Hanover Street on Nov. 25, 2023, and assaulting another man, according to the indictments. Kaitlin Cook, 35, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and reckless conduct charges, all felonies. She was accused of threatening and firing a .177 caliber pellet rifle at a man on March 16 in Concord, causing bodily injury. Johnathon M. Couturier, 38, of Martin Road in Deering on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Nissan sedan on Route 202/9 in Henniker on Feb. 18 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
James M. Curran, 37, of East Washington Road in Washington on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Jan. 24 in Hooksett.
Joshua Currie, 47, of Joy Street in Pittsfield on a felony possession of meth charge on April 17 in Pittsfield.
Katelyn A. Schmitt, 32, of Webber Road in Strafford on possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine, both felonies, on March 21 in Pittsfield.
Jacky Sherrard, 27, of Chestnut Street in Pittsfield on two felony counts of prohibited conduct-exposing a child to meth between March 13, 2023, and March 13 in Merrimack County.
Frankie Singleton III, 54, of Laconia or Tilton on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of telling Northfield police on May 13 he was “homeless in Northfield, NH,” when he was living on Endicott Street in Laconia. He was convicted of endangering the welfare of a child under 16 in September 1998 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
