Mass. Man Indicted In Loudon Shooting Case: Merrimack County Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Man accused of pointing a gun-like object at another; another teen indicted on Hooksett riot charge; accused fentanyl dealer indicted.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Jerry Allen Sr., 62, of High Street in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person with a cane in Concord on April 24.
Frederick Alvarez, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, on three felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges. He was accused of failing to register where he lived to Concord police between Nov 8, 2021, and May 11. He was accused of failing to report a Facebook account to Concord police on March 16, 2022. And, between April 26 and May 11, Alvarez was accused of failing to register a vehicle with Concord police.

Zachary Barnouski, 21, of Bridge Street in Pittsfield on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a gun or firearm-like object at another man while yelling at him and throwing the weapon into a body of water on Sept. 19, 2022, in Pittsfield.
Tucker J. Bean, 30, of Central Street in Franklin on two felony sale of controlled drug charges. He was accused of selling fentanyl in Northfield on June 23 and a fentanyl-cocaine mix in Northfield on June 29.

Zachery D. Beaudet, 29, of Victory Drive in Franklin on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on New Hampton Road in Franklin on Aug. 7 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Steven Bergendahl, 48, of Dean Avenue in Dracut, Massachusetts, on criminal threatening and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a handgun at another man and threatening to shoot them again after shooting them on May 25 in Loudon. Nathaniel Bergeron, 27, of Elm Street in Pittsfield on three motor vehicles; penalties and three theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Loudon Road in Concord on April 30 and June 23 and Route 103 in Warner on June 20. Bergeron was also accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Concord on April 30 and June 10, and a Stihl chainsaw from Aubuchon Hardware in Warner on June 20.
Brian Richards, 51, of Broad Street in Weymouth, MA, on a felony possession of methamphetamine in Concord on May 19.
Cody N. Rogers, 18, of Hidden Ranch Drive in Hooksett on a felony riot charge. He was accused of assembling with two or more people to engage in violent conduct on March 16 in Hooksett.
Matthew D. Rollins Jr., 33, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from the Hannaford supermarket in Franklin on July 13. Twice before, Rollins has been convicted on theft charges.
Devon K. Rowell, 29, of Pine Ridge Road in Loudon on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of withdrawing money and cashing unauthorized checks from the account of another between Sept. 1, 2022, and March 31 in Loudon.
Zachary Hayden Sanborn, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Water Street in Concord on May 24 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
