Concord, Manchester Women Arrested On Drug Possession Charges On Pleasant Street: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Samantha M. Simmons, born 1984, of Manchester was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on April 30, 2024, on transport drug in a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled drug charges. Also arrested was Amanda L. Murphy, 34, of Concord on a possession of a controlled drug charge. They were arrested after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street. Murphy, according to superior court records, pleaded guilty to an unauthorized use charge in February after an incident in Manchester with U-Haul in December 2022. She received a 90-day suspended sentence and a $2,285.51 fine.

Jill E. Severance, born 1983, of Concord received a summons at 10 a.m. on April 30 on a receiving stolen property charge-less than $1,000 after an incident or investigation at Hannaford supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Alexander G. Scott, born 1970, of Canterbury was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on April 17, 2024, on a falsifying physical evidence charge and an unofficial inspection-registration decal violation after an incident or investigation at 192 N. State St.

Vinod Reddy Sangani, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 11:08 a.m. on April 16 on an operating without a valid license charge as well as failure to display plates and uninspected vehicle violations after an incident or investigation at 111 Fisherville Road. He also received a summons on a license charge on April 11.

Frank Joseph Merrill, 61, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 3:20 a.m. on April 15 as well as an operating without a valid license charge after an incident or investigation on 179 Loudon Road.

Sampor H. Burke, 30, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested at 2:32 p.m. on April 12 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation at the Comfort Inn at 71 Hall St.

Benjamin B. Berry, 29, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on April 8 on driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges on Village Street in Penacook.

Abraham Allan Sanborn, 43, of Concord was arrested at 10:54 p.m. on April 7 on a warrant after an incident or investigation at Cumberland Farms at 47 Fisherville Road.

Sokhan A. Ngin Jr., born 1999, of Lowell, Massachusetts, received a summons at 6:21 p.m. on March 11 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident or investigation on Loudon Road.

Ryan Quiroga, 31, of Manchester was arrested at 5:42 p.m. on March 7 on theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus, theft by deception-$1,501-plus, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. Mason Thomas Krochmal, born 2005, of Hooksett was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on April 5 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after police headquarters.

Mark J. Symanski, born 1982, of Concord received a summons at 5:18 p.m. on April 3 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the Concord Public Library at 45 Green St.

Joshua R. Burney, 45, of Penacook received a summons at 9:58 a.m. on March 26 on criminal trespass and breach of bail charges after an incident or investigation on Village Street.
