Concord Man Accused Of Fleeing Clinton Street Crash With Serious Injury: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Desiree M. Charter, 37, a homeless woman now located in Concord, received a summons at 10:15 a.m. on Jan. 16 on criminal mischief and criminal trespass charges. She was charged after an incident or investigation on Pleasant Street.

Anthony Zona, 34, of Stoneham, Massachusetts, was arrested on two bench warrants at 10 a.m. on Jan. 15 after an incident or investigation on Manchester Street.

Layna Z. Conkle, 48, of Northfield was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:05 a.m. on Jan. 15 as well as a theft by unauthorized taking charge after an incident or investigation at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Cassie L. Marcoux, 42, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:58 a.m. on Jan. 15 on criminal trespass and two simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at Capital Plaza on North Main Street.

Jason Fencik, 42, of Concord received a summons at 7:14 a.m. on Jan. 15 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at 184 N. Main St.

Eric I. Anderson, 52, of Concord was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Jan. 15 on a conduct after an accident charge and an unsafe lane change violation. He was charged after an incident or investigation at Concord Hospital at 250 Pleasant St.

Steven Anthony Anctil, 39, of Concord was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Jan. 14 on two bench warrants after an incident or investigation on Gully Hill on Loudon Road. One of the warrants was issued for his arrest out of Merrimack County Superior Court on a probation violation after an acts prohibited conviction from November 2023. The charge was originally out of Franklin in February 2021. Anctil is back in court on Feb. 27.

Danny J. Norton, 55, of Concord was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on Jan. 8 on a felony duty to report charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Norton was released on $10,000 cash bail. The charge stems from an incident in Concord in July 2013. Norton was found guilty of aggravated felonious sexual assault and sexual assault charges out of Somersworth in 1999.

Joshua S. Ellsworth, 35, of Concord was arrested at 11:56 a.m. on Jan. 6 on a receiving stolen property charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. The charge stems from an incident in March 2023. According to court records, Ellsworth failed to appear at the arraignment in Merrimack County Superior Court on Jan. 18.

Melissa L. Lacasse, born 1983, of Bristol was arrested at 11:17 p.m. on Jan. 2 on driving under the influence, conduct after an accident, possession of a controlled drug, and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges as well as yellow-solid line and unsafe tires violations. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on North State Street.

Regis Babu Irumva, 20, of Concord Gardens in Concord was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on Jan. 2 on burglary, breach of bail, resisting arrest or detention, simple assault, receiving stolen property-less than $1,000, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges as well as a possession-use of tobacco products by a minor violation after an incident or investigation at Concord Gardens.

Larry D. Hewey, born 1967, of Chichester received a summons for an unofficial inspection-registration decal violation at 11:36 a.m. on Jan. 1 after an incident or investigation at 172 Loudon Road.

Michele G. Tinker, 39, of Laconia received a summons at 11:04 on Jan. 1 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at 114 Fisherville Road.
