Epsom Man Indicted On Child Rape, Domestic Violence Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Hopkinton man indicted on child sexual images charges; homeless Concord felon indicted on drug dealing, weapon charges; forgery indictment.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Owen Krochmal, 21, of Fowler Road in Epsom on domestic violence, aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, and aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence-pattern charges. He was accused of raping a girl between May 7, 2018, and Dec. 31, 2019, and accused of threatening the girl with a knife between Jan. 1, 2021, and Dec. 31, 2022, in Epsom.
Jade E. Markham, 26, of Jenness Pond Road in Northwood on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, buprenorphine and methamphetamine, charges. She was accused of possessing the drugs in Bow on Oct. 27, 2022.

Paul McCarthy, 42, of Old Coach Road in Bennington on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of placing others in danger in Concord on Jan. 28 by driving more than 140 mph in a vehicle and nearly striking others.
Cheryl L. Mason, 50, of Route 118 in Canaan on a felony possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl and heroin mix, charge in Bow on Feb. 21.

Ashley L. McDonald, 30, of Oak Street in Franklin on theft by deception and forgery charges, both felonies. She was accused of obtaining money from the Federal Credit Union in Concord by cashing a check on the account of KLR Transport Inc. to defraud them of $3,400 on Aug. 17, 2022.
Paul E. Metcalf, 35, of Main Street in Pittsfield on two possession of fentanyl charges on Dec. 1 and Dec. 10, 2022, in Epsom.
Matthew J. Michaud, 37, of Hillsgrove Road Center in Center Barnstead on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent charge on March 5 in Epsom.
Joshua T. Mitchell, 28, a homeless man now located in Concord, on felon in possession-metal knuckles, sale of fentanyl, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the weapon and drugs in Concord on Feb. 9. Previously, according to the indictment, Mitchell was convicted for acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court. The sale of fentanyl charge reportedly occurred on Oct. 24, 2022, in Concord.
Robert A. Niebudek, 35, of Hopkinton Road in Hopkinton on five possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of saving videos to his Kik account on Feb. 22, 2022.
