Belmont Man Indicted On Reckless Conduct, Fentanyl Charges: Superior Court
Plus: Gilmanton habitual offender indicted; Concord man indicted on new drug charges; other drug indictments from Merrimack County.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Patrick J. McDonald, 29, of Bean Hill Road in Belmont on reckless conduct, operating while deemed a habitual offender, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving more than 100 mph on Interstate 93 in Concord on April 14 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Roy McNair, 41, of Middle Route in Gilmanton on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Old Suncook Road in Concord on May 30 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Larz R. Menard, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix charge on July 1 in Concord.
Joseph W. Meserve, 28, of Matthew Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on June 9 in Concord.

Joshua Mitchell, 27, of Canton Circle in Concord on a felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-subsequent offense-fentanyl charge on March 7 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in May 2016.
Sean P. Morrissey, 27, of Grove Street in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 19 in Hooksett.
Samantha A. Muirhead, 26, of Pleasant Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on April 2 in Franklin.
Ryan Murphy, 38, of Logging Hill Road in Bow on a felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on July 14, 2021, in Concord.
Kenny Nadeau, 26, of Langdon Street in Plymouth on two felony controlled drug; acts prohibited charges, meth and clonazepam, on May 19 in Concord.
Chester Noyes, 47, of Prospect Street in Pembroke on a possession of meth charge on Nov. 28, 2021, in Allenstown.
