Goffstown Man Faces 4 Drug Distribution Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Noble Scott Hunt, 34, with a last known address of Pollard Road in Goffstown was arrested at noon on March 29, 2023, on four felony possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute charges. He also had two active warrants out of Oxford County, Maine, for failure to appear-trafficking scheduled drugs from November 2022, and failure to appear on an aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, criminal forfeiture of property, and violation conditions of release charges from July 2022, issued by the Sanford ME Police Department. Hunt was arrested after an incident at Concord Hospital and the Rosemary’s Way apartment complex in Penacook. He was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 30. On April 3, the charges were amended to seven felony controlled drug: acts prohibited charges.

Jacob E. Goodreau, 36, of Errol was arrested on two bench warrants at 5:26 p.m. on March 28 after an incident at the Rudman federal building on Pleasant Street.

Christine A. Shay, born 1968, of Fitchburg, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:53 p.m. on March 28 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 20 Fort Eddy Road.

Roland Andrew Senechal Jr., 59, of Auburn was cited at 11:21 a.m. on March 28 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Dick’s Sporting Goods on Loudon Road.

Jade E. Markham, 25, of Tilton was arrested on a bench warrant at 12:37 a.m. on March 28 after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Andrew J. Ludwig, 37, of Concord was arrested at 8:37 p.m. on March 10 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Friedman Court on Old Suncook Road. Ludwig failed to appear at a dispositional conference hearing in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 2 on drug and theft charges out of Concord from August 2022.

Austin Richard Spiers, born 1990, of Portsmouth was arrested at 7 p.m. on March 10 on a driving while intoxicated charge and a yellow-solid line violation on Currier Road.

Franklin Ernest Peters, born 1961, of Manchester was arrested at 11:05 a.m. on March 10 on a felony sex offender registry; negligent failure to comply charge. He was arrested at police headquarters. Peters is a sex offender due to aggravated felonious sexual assault and sexual assault convictions from 2007 in Belknap County Superior Court.

Christopher Dale Hughes, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 4:25 a.m. on March 10 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and breach of bail charges after an incident on Allison Street.

David Melanson, 29, of Concord was arrested at 3 a.m. on March 10 on two bench warrants after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Landrine Tumaini, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 1:41 a.m. on March 10 on two simple assault charges after an incident at the Concord Gardens apartment complex.
