Epsom Teen Indicted On Rape, Assault, Liquor Charges: Merrimack County Superior Court Indictment Roundup

Franklin man faces fentanyl sale charge; man indicted on 12 counts of nonconsensual dissemination of private sex images; drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — A grand jury in Merrimack County recently indicted the people listed below.

Tyler Alati, 35, of Chestnut Street in Franklin, on a felony conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl charge. He agreed with Jessica Gaudette to communicate with a confidential informant to arrange the sale of $840 worth of fentanyl on June 24, 2025, according to the indictment. Previously, according to the indictment, Alati was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2022.

Leo M. Hanson, 59, of Chestnut Avenue in Gilmanton, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on May 16, 2025, in Franklin.

Tasha M. Loaiza, 32, of Regent Drive in Dover, on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on June 27, 2025, in Franklin.

Barbara N. Reno, 55, of Country Club Lane in Laconia, on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-meth charge on May 16, 2025, in Franklin.

Hannah M. Towers, 25, of River Street in Franklin, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Cumbies, Franklin Fast Food Mart, and Family Dollar in Franklin within a 72-hour period on June 16, 2025.

Tristan A. Anderson, 22, of West River Road in Hooksett, on threats to government officials, attempted harm to government officials, and attempted throwing or placing of explosives charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening Gov. Kelly Ayotte with explosives, or words to that effect, in an effort to influence an action or in retaliation for an action taken as a part of her governmental duties, between Aug. 1 and Aug. 28, 2025, in Merrimack County. Alex Apolito, 27, of Corner Road in Chichester, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on May 17, 2025, in Chichester.

Richard Kuchinsky, 56, of Concord, incarcerated at the Merrimack County Jail at the time of the indictment, on burglary and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Suds Appeal on Washington Street in Concord on June 8, 2025, and stealing items. Kuchinsky was also accused of stealing a Skil Flip Drill Kit from Lowe’s in Concord on May 11, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictments, Kuchinsky has been convicted of theft in Rockingham County Superior Court in December 2020 and Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2024. Christopher Leandres, 34, of Brooks Street in Manchester, on 12 felony counts of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images. He was accused of sending pictures of a woman engaged in a sexual act or whose intimate parts were exposed, in an effort to harass, threaten, or intimidate her, to another man and a woman at the Franklin Police Department on July 19, 2025.

James McGillicuddy, 36, of Lawrence Street in Medford, Massachusetts, on a felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of driving the wrong way on Interstate 93 south in Canterbury on Aug. 17, 2025. Brian W. Mains, 35, of Summer Street in Northfield, on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent offense-fentanyl on Nov. 7, 2023, in Hooksett. According to the indictment, Mains was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Hills North in June 2019.

Thomas J. Manley, 62, of Central Street in Franklin, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of putting an item in his mouth from a container to impair at Franklin police investigation on July 12, 2025.

Alexander Merrigan, 18, of Black Hall Road in Epsom, on felony aggravated felonious sexual assault, prohibited sales (to a minor), and two sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a 15-year-old girl in Epsom on Oct. 21, 2025, sexually assaulting the girl, and giving her alcohol.
