Rhode Island Felon Indicted On Flare Gun Possession Charge: Docs

Former youth counselor convicted of sexual assault now indicted on theft charge; drug indictments; woman indicted on forgery, title charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Ryan Albright, 25, of Bayberry Lane in Londonderry on a felony possession of cocaine charge after an incident on June 19 in Hooksett.

Fernando Alvarez, 32, of Pine Street in Nashua on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident on Aug. 6 at Walmart in Concord.

Melissa Anderson, 60, of Brook Road in Sanbornton on title fraud and forgery charges, both felonies, after an incident in Concord on May 29, 2019.

Erika Barlow, 29, of Pacific Boulevard in Nashua on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge after an incident in Pembroke on June 22.

Michael Beckmeyer, 29, of Concord Gardens in Concord on a felony criminal mischief charge. He is accused of destroying more than $1,500 worth of household items during an incident in Concord on Sept. 2.

Phillip Beeson, 32, of Meetinghouse Road in Windham on a felony possession of fentanyl charge after an incident in Hooksett on Aug. 9.

Andre Berube, 28, of Coburn Street in Manchester on felony possession of cocaine and possession of clonazepam charges in Sutton on Aug. 1.

Nathan Bond, 41, with a last known address of Smith Sanborn Road in Chichester on a felony possession of meth charge after an incident on Fisherville Road in Concord on April 2. He was previously convicted on a drug dealing charge in July 2019.

Jason Bourbeau, 35, of Willow Street in Coventry, Rhode Island, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. A felon due to a drug conviction in Rhode Island in October 2006, he is accused of possessing a flare gun in Henniker.

Ashley Brickley, 23, of Asby Road in Canterbury on a felony possession of fentanyl charge from July 27 in Concord.

Meghan E. Briere, 37, of North Main Street in Franklin on a felony habitual offender charge. She is accused of driving on Main Street in Andover on June 16.

Kirstie Bean, 28, of Chapel Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She is accused of issuing and cashing unauthorized checks in her name, more than $1,500 worth, from a New Hampshire Interest on Lawyers Trust Account while working at a law firm on Pine Street between October 2017 and April 2018. The former youth counselor was convicted on sexual assault and witness tampering charges in May 2018.
