CONCORD, NH — Rianna S. Martin, year of birth 1986, of Concord, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. on March 18, 2018, for felony habitual offender and disobeying an officer on Hall Street near Burger King.

Denny M. Ashland, year of birth 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on March 18, 2018, for stalking, willful concealment, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Ocean State Job Lots on D’Amante Drive.
