Franklin Man Faces Stalking, Breach Charges In Concord: Cop Log

Man faces theft charges twice in 48 hours; a woman with drug convictions arrested on drug charges again; Bristol woman charged with DUI.

CONCORD, NH — Brandy Ann Hager, 42, of Concord was arrested at 10:06 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2021, on a warrant as well as two felony drug possession charges. She was arrested after an incident at the Fisherville Laundromat on Fisherville Road. Hager was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on Dec. 6 and held on preventive detention. She has an active probation violation accusation after pleading guilty to second-degree assault charges and drug possession charges in December 2020, based on two separate cases. A robbery charge was nolle prossed as part of the plea.

Kristine L. Laroche, born 1972, of Concord was arrested at 11 p.m. on Dec. 4 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was charged after an incident on Merrimack Street.

Ross Conrad Lavoie, 34, of Pembroke was arrested at 6:33 p.m. on Dec. 3 on negligent driving, driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident, driving on the sidewalk, driving against the designated direction, and front lights fail to turn on lights when required charges. He was arrested after an incident on North Main Street. Richard F. Kuchinsky, 52, of Concord was arrested at 3:24 a.m. on Dec. 2 on burglary, falsifying physical evidence, and drug possession charges, all felonies, as well as criminal trespass and resisting arrest charges and a warrant. He was arrested after an incident at Supercuts on Loudon Road.

Jennifer F. Grindle, born 1978, of Bradford was arrested at 11 p.m. on Nov. 29 on a bench warrant after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street.

Robert E. Tessier, 35, of Franklin was arrested at 8:28 p.m. on Nov. 27 on stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street.

Joshua Lee Fallaw, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 10:44 a.m. on Nov. 26 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident at The Draft on South Main Street.

James G. Tanguay II, born 1999, of Manchester was arrested at 12:26 p.m. on Nov. 24 on a revocation; suspension charge after an incident on Sewalls Falls Road.

Robin L. Tripp, born 1985, of Concord received a summons at 1:41 a.m. on Nov. 23 on operating with an expired license and suspension of vehicle registration charges after an incident at 117 Loudon Road.

Tiffany Nichole Coburn, 36, of Bristol was arrested at 4:23 p.m. on Nov. 22 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 194 Pleasant St.

Jeffrey A. Luckern, 59, of Concord was arrested at 4:04 p.m. on Nov. 6 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, and breach of bail charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. He was cited at 3 p.m. on Nov. 8 on theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, and breach of bail charges after an incident at the Hotel Concord on South Main Street. Luckern has active felony drug possession and theft charges in superior court.
