Gilmanton Man Indicted On Pittsfield Shooting Charges: Court Roundup
Northfield man indicted on rifle threat charges; Concord man indicted on strangulation charge; woman accused of stealing lottery tickets.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
David Angel, 63, of Gold Street in Manchester on a felony issuing bad checks charge. He was accused of issuing a check to Bow Auto Parts for $6,650 on a St. Mary’s Bank account for payment between Sept. 28 and Oct. 3, 2022, but there were insufficient funds in the account.
Ryan S. Ashley, 32, of Meadow Pond Road in Gilmanton on first-degree assault and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting another man in the hip and shooting at a second man on Jan. 6 on Brentwood Street in Pittsfield. Albert A. Magnifico, 53, of Central Street in Franklin on a felony bail jumping charge. He was accused of failing to surrender to the Merrimack County Superior Court on Dec. 14, 2023.
Kenneth Mannell, 63, of Preston Street in Hillsboro on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Nov. 12, 2023, in Henniker.

Dens Marcellus, 28, of Brooklyn Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing several over-the-counter medications at CVS on Hall Street and Loudon Road in Concord and Whitehall Road in Hooksett on March 26, 2022.
Tevin A. Mitchell, 29, of Fellows Hill Road in Northfield on two felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of brandishing a rifle and threatening to fire it in front of two people in Northfield on Dec. 6, 2023.
Brandon M. Miville, 42, of Tiffany Lane in Bedford on a felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charge, methamphetamine, on Dec. 21, 2023, in Concord. Previously, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court in April 2019.
Leonidis Ndikumana, 37, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Nov. 23, 2023, in Concord.
Danny Norton, 55, of Concord on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of failing to file his quarterly report with police in Concord on July 8, 2013. Norton is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault conviction out of Strafford County in 1997.
Matthew W. Peters, 33, of Concord on a felony pistols and revolvers: armed career criminals charge. He was accused of possessing a loaded Hi-Point .380 firearm in his backpack while driving on Interstate 93 in Concord on June 25, 2023, after previously being convicted on first-degree and second-degree assault and possession of a controlled drug with intent charges.
Jeanette A. Prive, 33, of Lincoln Street in Franklin on two felony theft by deception charges. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 worth of lottery tickets and retaining more than $1,500 worth of winning lottery tickets from the Circle K in Andover between June 26 and Aug. 4, 2023.
