Concord Teen Accused Of Stalking, Threat, Domestic Violence, And Assault: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Devin A. Kitson, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 5:34 p.m. on Feb. 22 on stalking and breach of bail charges after an incident at Riverside Park on Tanner Street.

Austin C. Shelton, 27, of Concord was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on Feb. 21 on warrants after an incident at Sal’s Pizza on Storrs Street. According to the Merrimack County Superior Court, he failed to appear at two dispositional conference hearings on Feb. 10 on a felony theft and drug possession charges in Concord. Shelton is due back in court on Feb. 24 for more hearings.

Africa Sebasore, born 2004, of Concord was arrested at 8:26 p.m. on Feb. 19 on stalking, unlawful possession-intoxication, two simple assault, two domestic violence-simple assault, two criminal threatening, two domestic violence-criminal threatening, and two breach of bail charges after an incident at Royal Gardens.

Theresa M. Caplette, born 1963, of Pembroke was charged at 7:43 a.m. on Feb. 18 with an open container violation after an incident at the Sunoco gas station on Manchester Street.

Allison N. Jivery, 23, of Dover Point Road in Dover was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Feb. 16 on falsifying physical evidence, theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501+, and two possession of controlled drug charges, all felonies, as well as criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. She was arrested after incidents at 15 Hall St. and Pleasant Street. Jivery was charged with felony burglary at 7:27 a.m. on Feb. 16 after an incident on Pleasant Street.

Charles G. Glover, born 1973, of Concord was arrested at 1:48 p.m. on Feb. 14 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident at 24 Loudon Road.

Patrick J. Pleau, born 1966, of Concord was arrested at 2:08 p.m. on Feb. 10 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident on South Main Street.

Braden Christopher Reed, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on Feb. 7 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on School Street.

Christopher Nadeau, 39, of Alexandria was arrested at 3:01 p.m. on Jan. 18 on a felony possession of a controlled drug as well as theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and deal-possess prescription drugs charges. He was arrested after an incident in the area of Mountain Road.

Miles A. Anderson, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:03 a.m. on Jan. 18 on two felony drug possession charges as well as a deal-possess prescription drugs charge. He was arrested after an incident on Ferry Street.
