Hopkinton Man Indicted On Second-Degree Assault Charges: Court

Henniker man indicted on DWI, crash charges in Bow; Northwood woman indicted on meth charges; Mass. teen indicted on a stolen truck charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Travis M. Vachon, 34, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 3A in Bow on Nov. 29, 2021, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Kimberly Veneroni, 51, of Cove Way in Northwood on felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of meth-dispense charges on Nov. 7, 2021, in Epsom.

Dionila Villagran-Zuniga, 66, of an unknown address on felony fraudulent use of a credit card. He was accused of working in concert with Maikal Rojas-Reyes and Carla Moya-Fuentes, according to the indictment, to use another person’s credit care to obtain property or services on April 20, 2021, in Concord.

Lance C. Vivian, 28, of Loop Road in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused by police of strangling another person on Jan. 1 in Concord.

Corrinne S. Vonkahle, 36, of Newton Road in Henniker on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Sept. 8, 2021, in Henniker.

Adam Wetherby, 37, of Western Avenue in Henniker on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 103 in Warner on Dec. 10, 2021, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Joshua Wilson, 19, of Robin Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Jan. 3 in Concord.

Dane Young, 37, of Flanders Road in Henniker on aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of drunken-driving on Interstate 89 south in Bow and causing an accident and using the vehicle as a deadly weapon on Nov. 7, 2021.

Jesse Marchand-Layton, 18, of Norman Avenue in Gloucester, Massachusetts, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining a stolen Ford F-150 in Pittsfield on Sept. 14, 2021.
