Accused Arsonist, Cop Biter Indicted On Drug, Assault Charges: Court

Hooksett pair indicted on burglary, strangulation charges; child rapist accused of failing to register; biker indicted on DWI crash charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Devonta Maughn, 21, of Concord Gardens in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused by police of causing serious bodily injury to another man by throwing to them on the ground and causing a wrist fraction on Jan. 15, 2020, in Concord.

Kevin D. McFetridge Jr., 20, a homeless man now located in Concord, on burglary and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of burglarizing the New Hampshire GOP headquarters on Water Street and possessing the drug on Nov. 13, 2021. Benjamin Michaud, 26, of Mammoth Road in Hooksett on burglary and two accomplice second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused by police of burglarizing an apartment on Mammoth Road in Hooksett and holding down a victim while Samuel Michaud strangled him on Dec. 19, 2021, the indictment said.

Renee Miller, 37, of Peatri N Road in North Woodstock on a felony possession of fentanyl-subsequent on Nov. 25, 2021, in Bow.

Rodney J. Moody, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, on felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused by police of failing to register with the police on Oct. 6, 2021, in Concord. He was convicted of rape of a child in Belknap County Superior Court in April 1998. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on duty to report in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Scott Alan Moody, 50, of Manchester Street in Manchester on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of trying to pass a fake check for $2,655.44 from Dunk’s Sports Grill’s account at Ledyard Bank in New London on Nov. 13, 2021.

Chelsie P. Morgan, 32, of Crestwood Drive in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge and a simple assault charge. She was accused by police of biting a cop’s thigh and possessing the drug on Dec. 15, 2021, in Hooksett. She also has an active arson case against her out of Nashua from 2021. Carla Moya-Fuentes, 53, of an unknown address, on a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. She was accused by police of acting in concert with Maikal Rojas-Reyes and Dionila Villagran-Zuniga in using another person’s credit card on April 20, 2021, in Concord.

Richard Mullen, 56, of Forest Hills Drive in Hooksett on second-degree assault and second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling a household member on Nov. 7, 2021, in Hooksett.

Myk Taylor Neuner, 34, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused by corrections officers of possessing a mix of fentanyl and methamphetamine while in the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen on Oct. 29, 2021.

Daniel O’Leary, 49, of Gifford Drive in Northfield on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused by police of driving a Harley-Davidson motorcycle on Reservoir Road in Northfield and crashing causing serious bodily injury, including head trauma, a hemorrhagic contusion, on July 6, 2021.
