Manchester Man Arrested On Stalking, Breach Of Bail Charges: Log
Concord men arrested on mischief and assault charges; elderly resident faces assault charges; a woman with priors faces felony theft charge.

CONCORD, NH — Luis Ilberto Rivera, born 2001, of Manchester was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on Sept. 13, 2021, on stalking and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident on Lyndon Street.
Timothy Grover, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on Sept. 10 on criminal mischief and simple assault charges. Also cited was Lance C. Vivian, born 1993, of Concord on criminal mischief and two simple assault charges. They were charged after incidents at Neuro International on Loop Road.
Lydia Michelle Perkins, born 1999, of Concord was cited at 1:54 a.m. on Sept. 10 on two bench warrants after an incident on Bow Street.

Francis Sheehan, born 1935, of Concord was arrested at 7:30 a.m. on Sept. 9 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Canal Street.
Holly S. Pickering, 36, of Concord was arrested at 3:21 p.m. on Sept. 6 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. She is due in superior court for arraignment on Oct. 14.

Scott Garrett III, born 2002, of Concord was cited at 6:35 p.m. on Sept. 5 on an operating with an expired license charge after an incident on Sewalls Falls Road.
Colin P. White, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on Sept. 5 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, resisting arrest or detention, and breach of bail charges. Officers were sent to Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road for a past tense theft involving a Pabst Blue Ribbon hard coffee, a brownie, and a Monster energy drink, all valued at $13.28. The officer eyed surveillance video and identified the suspect as White, according to an affidavit. After gathering the evidence, the officer left the store and was told by another officer White was at the intersection of North Main and Centre streets. The officer who took the report met with the second officer and White, who was “very agitated and began yelling,” an affidavit stated. White, the report said, denied being at Hannaford, “grew more agitated,” and walked away. Officers grabbed him to place him under arrest and accused White of yelling and screaming, and then, walking away again. He was arrested and held.
Tammy Lynn Sweatt, 54, of Epsom was arrested on two bench warrants at 6 p.m. on Sept. 4 after an incident at 204 N. Main St.
Abraham David Lothstein, born 2003, of Concord was arrested at 11:43 a.m. on Sept. 3 on a warrant. He was arrested at police headquarters.
Caitlin Sherry Mooney, born 2002, of Weare received a summons at 2:19 p.m. on Sept. 2 on a false report of a motor vehicle accident charge after an incident on South Street.
Shaun P. Drew, 39, of Loudon received a summons at 12:55 p.m. on Sept. 1 on a bench warrant after an incident on Manchester Street.
